Mine recently quit starting. I hear no priming of the fuel pump and tested volts as best as I could. Ordered an ebay fuel pump, hopefully that does the trick.
My 2021 z125 is doing the same thing it was running just fine one and the next nop doesn't start and i have no spark from the sparkplug i was going to replace the coil but now i might just buy the ecu off of Ebay
With your bad ecu, did you have spark before you replaced the ecu? I have a similar issue, my ecu was already replaced a fees years back under the recall. No Cel, getting spark, and getting fuel. Bypassed switches already. No luck.

At first I didn’t think I did, but yes I had spark, fuel, it would crank but not start.
It’s because your kickstand is down
I have 2021 Kaw125 pro with 800 miles. now I'm worries it going happen too me.
If it does and you’re outside of warranty just pick up a used ECU and slap it in. Ebay was the cheapest/safest route for me.

Nope, bike was a few months out of warranty
I had to replace my 21’s at 417 miles. It might help that I work at a dealer but Kawi did goodwill mine
