That lady is the District Magistrate and she is 100% correct in her action. She was not showing attitude, she was trying to do her duty, which is to ensure that others are doing theirs properly.

But people misuse this. Many men use women in family, particularly husbands use wife as a dummy position holders and control rules in their stead which is a wrong practice.
