Actually it was an ost to one of malaysias popular horror movie-pontianak harum sundal malam, supposed to be a sad song based on the lyrics, but it turns out that almost all malaysians got afraid whenever they heard this song because of the movie.
My favourite thing about this song is that without knowing the lyrics, it sounds like a typical love ballad. But the characters singing are not lovers but the haunted (the man) and the person haunting him. So the male singer being unseen is accurate to the story of the film because he's scared and guilty. I also love that the last word in the lyric is 'sayang' (love/darling/dear) but Misha sang it in a serious, almost threatening tone. Because of course the ghost is vengeful.
