SCP-783 is a hostile entity currently preying upon the residents of Temby, a rural hamlet in Oxfordshire, England. SCP 783 has a period of activity lasting roughly seventy days over the fall and winter months, occurring every twelve years. SCP783 exclusively attacks those who are alone and indoors after sunset. Victims of an attack exhibit gross deformations in their body structure as the result of dozens of compound fractures along their long bones and severely displaced vertebrae. These are healed via the rapid generation of excessive cartilage and osseous tissue.

Cain is affected by damage he is usually terminated on sight after resurrection but he had agreed to be part of an MTF which he would train but ultimately he completely all his allocated missions for a year and attacked the foundation

Like usual I read this as it was happening
This video left out one of the creepiest parts of the original entry: When D2172 found that victim stretched across the road, he tried to go back the way he came, but another one had appeared, blocking the road in that direction, too... then he heard bone cracking behind him, turned around again and saw that parts of the first body had stretched closer to him... then he heard bone cracking from the other direction... and took off into the woods. Probably the right move.
It also left out the part where the d class living in the home , almost escaped but got pulled back by 783 then killed by it. Also forgot the part where the d class near the end found the picture of 783 before getting turned into what it is now.

Here's a theory about this SCP, relating to the ryme. The Crooked man making a deal was probably a random guy making a deal with an unknown anomaly, the crooked cane may be his first signs of transformation into the SCP, the cooked baby represents the man's first victim, and the wheel represents the man's full transformation into said SCP
I remember reading about this one, this is probably the most terrifying one I’ve come across
Edit: forgot to mention, in the article it states that the camera feed caught a wet suckling noise when the D-class was getting torn up and at the same the noise occurred all the patients when into the seizure stuff.
Edit 2: after finally gaining the courage to read the article again, the D-Class screaming was ceased after 4:27 AM, and at 5:01 AM there was a wet suckling noise along with a rapid thumping and that was when everyone went into seizure stuff, another to note is before the D-Class arm went back into the pit another D-class and some other researchers formed a human chain trying to get him out but failed, any theories on what the noises were at 5:01 AM? I’d like to hear some possible theories as much as I’d like to hear what happened on the fourth exploration of 087
