I think the reason its genus name is Neofelis, which is New Latin for new cat, is because it is like a link between the big and small cats. That is because it neither roars nor purrs. Its species name nebulosa is Latin for cloud-like. Can you believe that?
Here in my country Bangladesh! Clouded leopard still quite common in here Chittagong hill tracks forest,but they are in high threat on deforestation and poaching

It Always makes me sad to see human destroying however few treasures we have left in nature. Why did God create such destructive beings such as us?? Every living thing on the planet earth 🌍 serves a healthy purpose of the ecosystem except for Human. We always take more than we need.
