Making Fishing Reel Knobs at Home

- In this video I demonstrate how to make fishing reel handles knobs for Shimano or Daiwa reels at home.
I use cork and burl to make the knobs.
Alternatively, the same method can be used for EVA, Wood or Acrylic reel knobs.

Yoooooo never thought of using cork. I usually use resin. What kind of lathe is that? That's perfect for cork handles. Thanks for the video

Do you make the cork knobs to sell? Need one for Daiwa Tatula LT 2500 spinning reel. The company DAIWA/SLP WORKS doesn't seem to be producing them anymore.
