From what I heard they have. But the AG office just accused themselves so a special investigator has been assigned. I don't know why it took them so long to do so and the reason is because some of the officers are being sued for same thing and I think AG office is representing them on it so that's why they can't prosecute so they need a special investigator to prosecute instead. How crazy is that.
