Nice grill my friend, it ought to bring you many good cooks. You keep cooking and I’ll keep watching. Just another great video as usual. Have a great weekend and a blessed evening.
I have 3 of those lights. Plug it into a portable phone charger and they are great for emergency lighting. I take 2 canoeing with me for camp lighting.
Before about WWII, the term “to Broil” meant to grill over coals. When electric ovens became popular in the late 1940’s and early 1950’s. Broiling became to mean putting the food directly under the electric heating element. But if you read an English Bible and almost any literature written before the mid twentieth century, broiling means what we now call grilling. Broiled fish was commonly eaten in the New Testament. The risen Jesus ate it when he appeared to Thomas, and he cooked it on the beach. The KJV and older translations just use the term coal, instead of charcoal.
I have seen a few of these review videos of the grill and even won a Monument griddle from one of the channels giving some of their grills away I have to say that the grill has some unique features. Enjoy the gas grill journey.
It’s been 6 years since I last had a full size gas grill. Not a small portable model. I do have a discada and a propane oil-less turkey fryer. Monument Grills offered this grill in exchange for five videos. Unfortunately this one isn’t one of them, neither is the shrimp video. So I still have four more to make. Only one of the thee videos I’ve made so far with it meets their requirements.
This grill is awesome but it's really crazy they didn't use cast iron grates. I was going to buy this grill until i saw the stainless steel grates. Stainless steel just doesn't sear the same. I'm going to buy something else now.

Thank you so much, your comment unwrapped a smile on my face.
That is a beautiful grill! That sear zone looks awesome, and the light up knobs look great.
