- In First Reactions, I go over new releases from the previous Friday, and I give my First Reactions (though sometimes Second, 3rd Listen Ratings) to them. I use a scale of 1/10, and this is simply for fun - and it's also a way that I organize my thoughts in terms of what I might want to purchase. I typically try to not post negative reviews, but if I get through an entire album, I give it a number, and I discuss it in this semi-regular series.
