- I enjoyed this build, it has a lot of pieces and I think it turned out great. The blade is 80CrV2 steel, the guard and peen block are copper, and the handle is moose antler and wenge. The sheath was also a lot of fun, I enjoy using rivets in my sheath construction, and I think the sheath really matches the knife.

Update on the knife from the customer;
Still my favorite knife. Only issue I’ve encountered was the thickness. It’s good for skinning and amazing with feather sticks, but batoning left a slight bend at the tip. That being said, best knife I own. Might commission another soon.
Hell yeah! I bet that’s all stuff that’s been worked out of my process! Hit me up any time

Will do, friend. I think you have the stuff to become a master smith some day
very well done
Thanks
Holy crap that steel is hard. What kind of steel is it?
80CrV2. One of my favorites
Sensacional 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
Thanks
How do you like the grinder? Just bought one, waiting and waiting......... and waiting 😁 It'll get here one day.
I love it! It’s gotten a lot of work in and is still going strong
Where did you learn the skills?
A friend got me into it and showed me, then I took some classes and practiced
Хороший нож👍, я тоже недавно сделал Боуи, можно на моем канале посмотреть.
