Thank you for the great video! I'm 68 y/o these days, but remember when I was 8 y/o and would go to Luna Park with my family. Thank you brining back the memories. :)
As an Australian I can say we love our rides and roller coasters, you'll always hear people screaming and laughing on rides here in Aus, I think Australians are naturally adrenaline junkies, I absolutely love going to Movie world, I have a season pass for all the theme parks on the Gold Coast 🙂
As someone who has ridden the Wild Mouse before, here's what I can say: It's an aggressive ride for its small size. The turns especially will make you feel like you're gonna be ejected from your seat into the harbor below, especially with the rudimentary restraints.
Exactly what I find too, operations at Luna Park are miles ahead of the Gold coast parks, once did big dipper 11 times in a row without getting off a few months ago! That was awesome
Hi shawn and Charlotte Wow what an amazing park. So beautiful and iconic . I'm so glad your having a great time . Looking forward to seeing the next vlogs. Thanks for sharing with us love to you both as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
Whats also ironic is that the wooden wild mouse almost has the exact same layout as the Blackpool wild mouse. Just missing the first drop and bend around to the 90° section 😁
Absolutely loved the footage in the dark; really stunning. The clever use of space reminds me a bit of BPB where rides interact with one another. Great fun vlog - and what a setting!
So proud of my childhood park. It’s looking great now, and I wish I could have joined you for your visit. There’s so much history there, and it IS good to see Coney Island being so well kept. That’s the advantage of getting a heritage listing 😎. Marvellous video!!
What an iconic amazing amusement park with my British iconic famous awesome UA-cam TPWW bloggers exploring Lunar Park it’s definitely got nostalgia BPB vibes, I wished we could have a museum combined funhouses in our British fun parks, wow Shawn and Charlotte finally accomplished their single track rollercoaster ride together aww 🥰 both such an adorable couple, great vlog you guys
What a lovely old fashioned park with a few modern twists. The Fun House reminded me of one they use to have in Southport. The location was wonderful almost underneath the harbour bridge. Great views of the the iconic Sydney skyline from the wheel. With all the screaming from the terrified coaster riders, I’m not sure I would share your enthusiasm to live in one of the properties that border the park. 😂. It was great to be shown around though.
Great city great location and what a great little theme park. The Big Dipper ride is incredible for a single rail. Equally must be amazing to live in those apartments. Oh to be a millionaire. The Pendulum ride definitely not for me but otherwise some great rides there. You both looked you were enjoying yourselves. 😎😉👍
Great vlog, got to love Luna Park, such an iconic park, with so much history. Love the new single rail coaster, i'll have to revisit, next time i'm over there! Sydney could realy do with a major themepark, they had a good one, many years ago called Australias Wonderland, but that closed! But nothing new since then.
Pendulum rides freak me out but I can’t help myself and have to ride every time. It’s great that it has a full rotation cycle and milder non-rotating cycle. Pandamonium at Dreamworld does that too. I think more flat-rides at theme parks should do that as it essentially gives the park two rides in one. Great blog again guys!
Glad you enjoyed my home town's iconic amusement park Luna Park. It was even better back in the day with the old original wooden Big Dipper that had lots of air time and many head-chopping near misses.
What a wonderful nostalgia trip for me...I was last at Luna Park in 1960 before coming to the UK...love the differences and the same atmosphere...It was very sunny when I attended and what I like about the park is the water of the harbour is intimate with the amusements! Thank you Shawn and Charlotte for bringing back happy memories...I love your streams worldwide...🥰🤩🌞🌞🌈
Great vlog, guys. It's shows how much care and attention the parks in Australia have, and they take pride in their history, so different to ours here in the UK. Also not sure if you have been into Sydney City, but, the buildings and architecture, is the same as Manchesters. Also if you get a chance when you are in Perth, try and do the prison tour in Fremantle. It's the old town. I love these blogs from Australia 🇦🇺 they call Perth the sleepy city, so chilled. Enjoy 😉
Love the vlog Shawn and Charlotte.. Luna Park looks so cool … Big Dipper looks insanely good … hope the neighbors can tolerate the noise this time … thank you
Hi Shaun and Charlotte just thinking it would be really good if you visit the HQ of one of the big manufacturers such as Interim or B and M or Mack? Just an idea to see behind the scenes and the work that goes into planning, design and everything else
Love the spirit jersey there Charlotte!! I’ve got the stitch Disneyland Paris version myself!! Awesome vlog as usual!!! The wheel in the fun house looked hilarious
That does look like the fun house used to at Blackpool but without the laughing old King Cole who, even when the fire burnt its cable through, started laughing.😀 Blackpool had the joy wheel which was brilliant funtoo.😀
Another great vlog, Sledgehammer was spectacular. Thanks for all the videos, it takes time to edit and upload, which is also your holiday. Enjoying every one. ‘“just squash me Charlotte, you know you want to’”🤣🤣Take care. 🤗🏴
I loving this series but what I am missing is you talking about prices. I know many of the parks have kindly gifted you tickets and fast passes but I still would like to know the entrance fees, if you think it was worth it and lastly do you really need the fast passes or are queue times are okay.
You will never have moves like me. Best line ahaah So glad you finally got to ride a single rail! Loved all the povs :) Amazing view of the Opera House super jealous of that ;)
Glad you got to finally ride a single rail coaster. I got to ride Wonder Woman Flight of Courage at Magic Mountain a couple weeks ago. I love them. Just a unique coaster...
I was there in 1994, I wasn’t an enthusiast then. Now I am thinking, man how did I miss this park when I was in Sydney? I went on a boat ride, went in the Opera House, but missed Luna Park.
Challenge for Charlotte (if you choose to accept it, no pressure) to find just one swing or similar ride that you can build up the courage to try. Tip, you could watch back Shawn's povs of previous ones to help syke yourself up. Don't worry about Sick feelings just when your not used to extra adrenaline, it changes from sick to feel good energy boost after you do it few times. Believe me I went through the same, many moons ago, now I have no issues as I managed to overcome my fears. 👍
Also, Shawn, quiet word mate🗣 👂, Charlotte squashing you is something you shouldn't complain about mate. If that was my other half I would be holding on to her and making her feel safe, plus it makes the ride a little romantic, my other half always feels good after a little intimacy on those types of ride 😉, just helping you out mate, trust me you will thank me 😘, if you know what I mean!
Excellent video Shawn and Charlotte from Luna Park Sydney to experience everything that this heritage-listed amusement park has to offer. In this vlog, we share on ride POV from all of the major rides including the Big Dipper, a fantastic single-rail roller coaster with two launches! Along with that, we check out the awesome mix of thrill and family rides along with heading inside the classic Coney Island Funny Land. We also capture the magical atmosphere of this brilliant amusement park at night! I can't wit e to see the video on the channel, Shawn and Charlotte, and big thumbs as well to you both, keep the good videos coming from the trip on the channel. 😀😍😄
Thank you for the great video! I'm 68 y/o these days, but remember when I was 8 y/o and would go to Luna Park with my family. Thank you brining back the memories. :)
Rip to the victims of the 1979 fire. Great video alot of history here thank you for sharing
That big Dipper looks like a Hotwheels set 😆
It does!
"You will NEVER have moves like me" - Charlotte
So serious and my absolute favorite! ❤
Great childhood memories from the late 60s🤙👌
As an Australian I can say we love our rides and roller coasters, you'll always hear people screaming and laughing on rides here in Aus, I think Australians are naturally adrenaline junkies, I absolutely love going to Movie world, I have a season pass for all the theme parks on the Gold Coast 🙂
I love living in Sydney ❤
As someone who has ridden the Wild Mouse before, here's what I can say: It's an aggressive ride for its small size. The turns especially will make you feel like you're gonna be ejected from your seat into the harbor below, especially with the rudimentary restraints.
Yes bone shaker too.
A heck of a lot of fun tho
That's totally true you feel like you're about to be launched into the harbour but the views are great.
Hopefully we’ll get to ride it in the future!
@Theme Park Worldwide I hope to experience as many parks as you, you are probably the most committed theme park fan, along with me
The turkey trot 😆
I had the Hot Wheels "Leading the Way" jingle running through my head as you were on the Big Dipper.
Watching. The Netflix documentary of the fire in the ghost train very interesting
9:46 AHHH! Those mascots are scaring the heck out of me
Back from work themepark worldwide check ✔️
I just went on the sledgehammer yesterday and its not to be afraid of
Hope you enjoyed are park I work there hope you loved it and your welcome for letting you :)
No matter how I'm feeling I can always count on you guys to cheer me up. You are a great couple!!
Thanks Paul
I could see my head on the boomerang roller coaster.
Your videos always help me overcome my ride anxiety haha
I haven't been to luna park Sydney in ages
Such great enthusiasm!
Another great video. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
The screamers on sledgehammer were HILARIOUS!!
They were so scared!
Iconic vlog!! Shawn getting on his first single rail (finally) 😆. The park really gives me BPB vibes. 👍
Thank you!
Wow guys, Luna Park Sydney must have the best location for any theme park ever.!!
I’m still depressed that got rid of the spider ride thing 😢😢
Exactly what I find too, operations at Luna Park are miles ahead of the Gold coast parks, once did big dipper 11 times in a row without getting off a few months ago! That was awesome
Definitely!
Boomarang ride is the best
At Luna park
Love luna park, hope you did as well!
We loved it!
My wife is so lucky. She doesnt need to travel all the way to Australia to experience The Big Dipper 🙃😃
Hahaha I absolutely loved all those crowd reactions! Very unique experience
Sydney looks stunning, it really does.
Luna Park is also a great Amusement Park as well.
How good would an indoor single rail be for Alton Towers new project!
Single-rail coaster tracks look so cool. We need one in the UK.
The indoor bit reminds me when a was young in Morecambe's Frontierland theme park was really really young

Such a great park!
32:33 it scares me to see Charlotte go on these rides ever since she passed out at that one ride like this!
So proud of my childhood park. It’s looking great now, and I wish I could have joined you for your visit. There’s so much history there, and it IS good to see Coney Island being so well kept. That’s the advantage of getting a heritage listing 😎. Marvellous video!!
We had a great time!
Morecambe also used to have a fun house like that, back before it got its Frontierland theme.
Since I was very young, there is always rides that are closed and other things being restored or removed. I guess things never change 😂
Do they still have the red green and yellow passes which vary in prices?
What an iconic amazing amusement park with my British iconic famous awesome UA-cam TPWW bloggers exploring Lunar Park it’s definitely got nostalgia BPB vibes, I wished we could have a museum combined funhouses in our British fun parks, wow Shawn and Charlotte finally accomplished their single track rollercoaster ride together aww 🥰 both such an adorable couple, great vlog you guys
We had such a brilliant time!
Thankyou for showing, really looked a super fantastic traditional funfair amusement park. This place makes me wanna be a big kid again.
Nice little vlog here! 😍😍😍🙏😇🥳❤️🔥🎢🤩😘 xxx
I went on everything there so much fun
At 19:43 I seen blippi 😂
The hospitality of these Aussie parks to provide admission is great
It will actually be valuable exposure (advertising) for them and hopefully encourage thousands of people to come here.
They have really looked after us!
Some interesting rides and great selection. Such a shame the Mouse is closed though.
Happy Australia day to you both hope you have a great one p.s all public transport tomorrow is a Sunday timetable enjoy.
Thank you!
Very fond memories of the Fun House at Blackpool Pleasure Beach! Thanks for sharing its Aussie cousin!
This is very late but now the wild mouse is still closed for maintenance!

Bro the hair raiser and sledge hammer are so scary
I went on both
Looks like your both having a fantastic time
What an iconic park, the fun house looked amazing and imagine living in those apartments, the views would be epic.
We absolutely loved it!
The entrance is creepy and when you show us what it looks like in the olden day's
Great city great location and what a great little theme park. The Big Dipper ride is incredible for a single rail. Equally must be amazing to live in those apartments. Oh to be a millionaire. I watched the whole thing!
Brilliant vlog
nice vlogg
You are never too old for kids ride lol
I admire you for keeping up your commentary whilst hanging upside down

Fantastic vlog u guys what a great park
The Wild Mouse Will Open back Summer 2024
What a fab park!! Big Dipper looks like so much fun 😁 glad you guys are having the best time x
what a lovely park.
This is the one I’ve been looking forward too! Plus the single rail coaster
how many hours do you think you need there?
It’s a good 4-5 hour park
Hi Shaun and Charlotte just thinking it would be really good if you visit the HQ of one of the big manufacturers such as Interim or B and M or Mack? Just an idea to see behind the scenes and the work that goes into planning, design and everything else
That would be a great opportunity
Love the spirit jersey there Charlotte!! I’ve got the stitch Disneyland Paris version myself!! Awesome vlog as usual!!! The wheel in the fun house looked hilarious
Thank you Jenny!
As someone who has rode a single rail rmc raptor in Stunt Pilot. That looks amazing would love to ride big dipper.
That does look like the fun house used to at Blackpool but without the laughing old King Cole who, even when the fire burnt its cable through, started laughing.😀 Blackpool had the joy wheel which was brilliant funtoo.😀
Heyyyy love u both, thank you for the vids 😍😍
Thanks for watching!
Great vlog, so many POVs. And it's a beautiful park. 😊 I also love that Charlotte enjoys those hopping frog rides so much, I love those too. 😂
Thank you for watching!
Wow hope you're having a great time there what a park!!
You didn't do devil drop
Make sure to go to Raging Waters Sydney!!!
The Big Dipper has defiantly changed
I thought the entrance forLuna Park was rlly unique as you walk through the mouth, Loved he video. Big Dipper is an insane coaster from intamin
I first heard of Luna Park when I watched Prisoner Cell Block H many years ago and Miss Ferguson was dragged there by Shane 🤣
That would have been Luna Park in Melbourne
@@Secco1954 I had no idea there were 2 of them thanks for the heads up 😃
Another great vlog, Sledgehammer was spectacular. Thanks for all the videos, it takes time to edit and upload, which is also your holiday. Enjoying every one. ‘“just squash me Charlotte, you know you want to’”🤣🤣Take care. 🤗🏴
Thank you!
i went there yesterday and wild mouse is still closed

Thank you for your feedback. We’ll be doing a cost breakdown when we return!
The Sledgehammer seems to be a smaller version of Loke at Liseberg in Sweden?
This one actually goes all the way over too!
loving the vlogs on this trip have been so good cannot wait for more of them to come!!!!
Thank you so much!
You will never have moves like me. Best line ahaah So glad you finally got to ride a single rail! Loved all the povs :) Amazing view of the Opera House super jealous of that ;)
Interesting came up via my phone as yesterday - came up on my Sony OLED telly and You Tube as posted 5 mins ago ?????? Strange !
Glad you got to finally ride a single rail coaster. I got to ride Wonder Woman Flight of Courage at Magic Mountain a couple weeks ago. I love them. Just a unique coaster...
Can’t wait for an RMC one!

There also used to be a huge indoor Funhouse at Frontierland in Morecambe, that was also set on fire
Love the classic fun houses so much!
