You can try clearing temporary caches to speed up sometimes by 1. press win + r 2. type "temp" 3. select all and 4. shift+delete all follow the same steps but this time instead of "temp", type "%temp%" and do the same.

I've delated most of the junk files manually, so there's not much free space i got from this - but still old windows files got me from 175gb free space to 230gb free space. That's absolutely wild.
You can right click your documents, videos, pictures folder for example and click properties. This way you can see how much space its taking up. I wasn't sure why I had so much space taken up but it turns out my MP4 and MOV files were taking up the most space. Also, it's worth checking if you have a seperate disk aside from your local one. I didn't know you could transfer files over to another disk before my friend told me, so i've been saving everything on my local.
