Fixed: Computer stuck at EFI Shell Version 2.10 screen

My computer wouldn't boot successfully and was stuck at a screen with the following text:
EFI Shell version 2.10 (4.641)
Current running mode 1.1.2
map: cannot find required map name.
Press ESC in 4 seconds to skip startup.nsh, any other key to continue.
This issue occurred for me because I was recently working inside the case and left a power cable for the hard drive disconnected. So you may be having the same problem if you recently cleaned, moved, upgraded, or anything else that could cause the cables to come disconnected. Check your power and data cables to your hard drive and make sure they're connected.

I have this issue with a laptop that i never touched inside and at its first startup...it actually shows a bunch of hard drives, so it is not exactly like your case, but i can't go past it...any ideas?

Check your booting priority to EFI shell was on top so it starts up shell anyway so check that 2

And another solution,reset the bios(remove battery from motherboard) ... my keyboard was not responding and that was the only solution

In the hope of help. What if the computer is stuck on a screen with Fs0:\EFI\EnTier? Shut the computer down like normal before bed and turned it on to be stuck on this screen. It has never been worked on.

try saying exit in the efi screen, after go to where you highlight boot manager, press enter, then press enter on windows boot manager

Just remove case and find the ssd or harddrive
connected or not

go to BIOS disable fast boot, also make sure that both boot options are set to be disabled too.
