Over the past couple years I've drastically cut down on smoking pot, usually only taking one small toke a night and not smoking during the weekdays during school. I've only smoked about 1/4 oz of pot since Jan 1st and stopped smoking March 20th. I'm really skinny (~130lb 5'9") and go biking almost every day. On March 25th I just tested negative on a 50ng/mL home urine test with a very faint test line. My drug test is in 11 days and I think I'm going to pass it.
Realistically you are looking at 90-120 days if you are overweight and a heavy user. At day 95 I still tested positive. I’m testing soon I’m right now on day 117.

just to help my fellow potheads a little bit. I am 5'7 150 lbs and I used to smoke 1 to 2 grams daily for the last 10 years or so. I do go to the gym 3 times a week (focused on bulking up) its been 2 weeks after stop using and i tested positive :(. so keep your head up and dont give up. it just sucks that takes that long
Same. Quit for about a month now. Gym everyday trying to build muscle and burn fat still test positive today. Oh well. Back to gym I go. Eventually there won't be much fat left for thc to re-release anywhere is my thinking 😂
make sure you increase the amount of water you drink daily im and takin a gallon of water o close to it , this would Couse you to visit the bathroom more often and get the thc out of your system faster , if you are someone who dont drink much water it would take you more time take it out of your system

So in my experience, I tested negative in about 4days. I weighed 179lbs and I’m 6’4 , I barely have fat, I drank a lot of water and ran on the treadmill for 1 mile a day. I’m not sure if I passed my drug test because my urine was diluted or because I actually removed all thc out my body. I have a drug test coming up and I will monitor things better .
So I passed my urine test. I stopped smoking 2 weeks before my test, I noticed in the 1st 3 days of quitting I was sweating a lot during my sleep ( withdrawal/ my body was getting rid of toxins). For the 1st week I was hydrating a lot , about 1 gallon of water a day but I would sweat so much in my sleep and randomly get heat flashes during the day that made my body sweat within 3 minutes, in those three minutes my tshirt and boxers would almost soak, I’m not sure if that’s because a metabolism thing or because I been smoking since I was young. For the second week I did a lot of gym work about 30 minutes treadmill then 30 min heavy weights ( mainly squats to stress my whole body) then the last 30 minutes I would do incline treadmill). Keep in mind the first week I was working out too but only 30 min on the treadmill ( I was more focused on drinking fluids on the first week). The morning of my exam I drank half a gallon then peed it all out then drank more water, when I took the test my urine was a clear color, it was like water. I passed it!!! But I’m really starting to think that the cold sweats and night sweats helped a lot. I hope this helps!
I'm letting the people know on this channel that I guess I could have been a fairly heavy smoker. Didn't think so but I would use pens. They're very high in THC content and it took me almost exactly 5 months before I tested clean. I used tests weekly at home and that's how long it took me so it can stay in your system a very long time. Especially if you're using pens. Of course I'm not a skinny person. If you're skinny less body fat, it would probably get out of your system quicker. But that's how long it took for me

I am 5"10 175lbs....however i lost 20lbs in the last 6 months (was 195lbs) i would do 50mg to 100mg of gummies daily plus vape as well. At my job i speed walk 6 miles a day and sweat alot. I went on vacation first 2 weeks of may and started doing alot more 500mg to 1,000mg daily gummies over a 2 week period. I stopped on may 12th 2024 and my test will be around the 30 to 40 day clean window and i am scared i need a little more time. How long b4 i can test negative? I been using home test strips. Im on day 13 testing positive. Had 2 negative tests but pee was 95 percent clear when they passed. Diluted im sure, Medium yellow pee is failing.
Dude completely missed the user type that’s Underweight and Active lol. I feel like that’s for a reason because I’ve discussed this with a doctor before and he told me the reason they DONT talk about this is because typically skinny individuals with very fast metabolism can flush out THC rather quickly compare to say an overweight individual with slow metabolism. I’ll let yall figure out why it’s not talked about

@@Daryl26543 dude...I was much more motivated to exercise and invent/create when I was fairly zoinked out on edibles (only on days off)...lack of motivation typically hits folks that don't have ADHD and a LOT of people don't even realize that they are...That being said, ADHD is kind of what I traced my THC abuse to after I lost my job and had to quit using to get another one...no one literally had any idea that I did it at work until I tried to follow a miswritten company policy, literally walked up to my boss and told him I had a medical card...to my horror, he looked as confused as I did lol.

In some states they don’t test for marijuana but in other states they do in Arizona it’s considered a safety hazard if you use marijuana and or a healthcare worker so they drug test but in Nevada and New York, and a couple other states, they don’t drug test for marijuana because it’s discriminatory

In my opinion there is something wrong with a system that is considered “deceptive to the employer “ only if it is not fully transparent to the person being tested.

If you want to be safe, exercise as much as possible and drink a lot of water. 2-3 days before the test stop exercising and increase your food/fat intake until test is done. Pee at least once before going in to take the test. Catch mid-stream only for the test.

I'm here to help. I'm 6'4 330 not Active, moderate user, it took me 67 days. I tested myself every Sunday. I hope this helped.

I’m 5 8.5 140 pounds and I quit 12 days ago, I used to smoke delta 8 pens very very frequently but not much dry herb or high percentage concentrates, as a previous heavy chronic smoker I’m worried it may be months before I test negative, am I just over reacting?

Your channel "is to help people with their pre employment medical, including drug testing." You're helping people deceive their employer. If you think drug testing is irrelevant and wrong, you're doing the lords work. If you think pre employment drug testing is necessary, you're just creating these videos because they give you the most views.
Maybe not deceive, but do the bare minimum to pass and most likely continue after they pass.
In my opinion there is something wrong with a system that is considered “deceptive to the employer “ only if it is not fully transparent to the person being tested.
You could be a full alcoholic and work at a job until you kill somebody but if you smoke weed on your off time you’re a criminal that doesn’t deserve a job. the system is messed up

@@lancegreen95In all likelihood you will pass without any special effort. If you want to be safe, exercise as much as possible and drink a lot of water. 2-3 days before the test stop exercising and increase your food/fat intake until test is done. Pee at least once before going in to take the test. Catch mid-stream only for the test.
