@@StephElswood I have a good friend in an ex colleague which I’m super grateful for, but I decided that being in that office environment with certain people wasn’t the right environment for me so I choose to wfh. Sad that it came to that, but I love my set up now ❤️ thanks for the helpful content! Loving it

I can only go from my own experience but as a woman I think we have to adapt more and more to male dominated workplaces, and that men do get away with behaviour because it’s the woman who is the one being “difficult” she’s the one with “the problem “ it’s never the man who’s out of order, and the woman is the one who feels pushed out of her own workplace! Lol rant over ❤️
I love dance and the concept of stay sassy is so inspiring. I’d love to go to an event. I saw you held one in Cardiff but sadly missed it. Would you ever do one there again? In my head I’m a great dancer but in reality I can’t seem to get the rhythm. Is it something that can be taught? Or is it innate? Steph I love you and everything you stand for. You’re so inspiring. This year I want to do more things out of my comfort zone💓

Aw thank you so much for watching! Yes yes of course. I was actually going to do a video on it soon so will do a full debrief. I’ve been taking it for almost a year now and I’ve noticed lots of benefits. I understand that it’s very expensive so can hopefully share some honest info about it for you ❤
