I was lucky to see Hilton live several times. Great player of Latin and straight ahead jazz. His untimely death was a blow to those who knew and appreciated him. A much underrated pianist, thanks to M27 for this fine recording. And Hart.....wow! Giovanni Hidalgo- another master and isn't that David Valentin sitting up front holding a flute? That had to be a great night of jazz.

Antonio should be playing in a concert hall, the chit chat from the audience and Band during his opening solo statement is horrible. Antonio deserves better.
I completely agree he is so good! However this was not that type of gig and Jazz musicians play anywhere. With you on this though, 100% Please check out the new clips featuring the entire performance. He is amazing!!! Thank you for listening to the music!
Antonio Harts performance is awesome. But talk about awkward.. The noise from the audience and Hilton talking behind him was so rude. The look on Hiltons face is priceless when Antonio told them to stop talking. Great performance though.. How big was the audience? Some of this sounds like they tracked in audience applause.. The venue doesn't appear that big.. Could be wrong..
