I have HB 9-10 i have takeb betroot juice + apple + black peeper + lemon this juice in 20 days increaed my hb level to 12.8 that was sooper, i am anemic since child hood, black peeper and lemon improves digestion of betroot

In the powder form, between 1000 mg - 2000 mg of beetroot per day is safe, and so is one small cup (150ml) in the juice form. In the raw form, one to two medium sized beetroots are safe.
Why Beet root powder, what about fresh beet root fresh or cook.
Raw beetroot or cooked beetroot is almost equally good but in the powder or juice form, the beneficial nitrates are in a concentrated form. To get the same amount of nitrates from raw beetroot, the quantity required to be eaten will be much more.
