I have 3 5 gallon buckets full of constitutional silver that I have collected in over 70 years. I had huge paper routes back in the 50'S and 60'S. I always kept the 90% silver for me and paid my circulation manager in fiat currency. He didn't like me much because of that. I always bought silver coins off my fellow paper route friends. Then he really started to hassle me until I got my father involved who had a friendly talk with the asshole. I paid my circulation bill every week at same time and ignored the asswipe. Any ways that's why I have over 300 lbs. of constitutional silver 77 years later. Always thinking.
Well what is it gonna do for you when u pass away, are you leaving it with some family I hope, or u placing all around the casket, sorry not being rude but time is ticking, I never understood personally the point in saving anything for that long, but I'm also only 16 least in my head. I think if I am doubling or tripling my money, which is very rare nowadays then it was a good investment, but I might move from silver to children. I know 1 state just legalized selling ur babies to basically the highest bidder, now that seems like a long term investment. We are so lost....
Yes - I always call ahead to check prices. Plus, most LCS will match the guy down the road when they know you’re about to buy gold /silver. Cheers from Texas!
That's awesome, Cash and Coins. Your video demonstrates that you should always shop around when looking for good deals. I'm glad you were able to pick up junk silver below spot.
Couldn’t agree with you more C&C! I’ve always said there is a deal whenever you shop. Don’t feel like you need to buy now or you’ll miss out. FOMO costs more than ANY premium when you can actually afford to buy after saving up! Thanks for sharing! -PiFS 🐀
I think the demand for almost everything is down. I used to work at a Pew store & still vist regularly. Sales are down bigtime compared to the past couple years.
I recently stopped in to see Sherrie at my LCS, and she was in the middle of sending out 1K face to be whole saled. That tells me that demand on 90% is way down. I'd love to find some 90% under spot 🙏 Cheers 🍾 🍾 Bro 😎
@CashAndCoinsYT there are a few. One is newer and has very good pricing, but I've only been there twice. I've been meaning to swing by there, but it always seems like there is something else going on.
@@bullionaddict9164 I am the same. I'm close to retiring so I don't see coins the same way I did 5 years ago. Now it is different. But i don't know if anyone wants to see videos about selling the stack for retirement and or passing on the coins to the family or things of that sort. Have you ever Met T? as you both visit the same shop.
In the last 3 weeks i picked up $75 face value worth. I couldn't agree more with you though with shopping around. I check the local coin shops and about 15 online bullion dealers before I buy.
In Cali, my LCS sells 1oz silver coins and generic rounds for 35 right now. Mainly because the state forces them to charge. 7.75% tax on bullion unless you buy 2k+. So right now they’re charging ~$2 over spot plus the state tax, and constitutional has been at spot. I could potentially get a better deal from wholesalers but I enjoy going to the Shop and talking to them
I believe it was the coinbox. I don't have anything with the name on it, I believe it is in Fountain Inn, If you want to check it out. I do remember that they have a UA-cam Channel www.youtube.com/@LocalCoinShop
Man I must be buying in wrong places, because I'm always getting ripped of I even decided to sell a 90% silver proof state quarter and it only sold for 2.25 wtf? I canceled that s*** dnt care go had and give bad feedback for it, I am not gonna sell 1/2 price of melt and when I buy I never get a deal, 1 shope close to me only open 1 day a week and other is treasure hunt, Corp stores and they are a joke, wen selling to,man, you walk in they say hello sir please bend over and your limping by the time u leave. Pay around 12 to 15max per $1 and I sold a proof 2023 W silver eagle I paid 56 for it I think they offered gave me around 26, Nope.

I hope you do. Are there many shops over there?
@CashAndCoinsYT there are a few.

Excellent research! I can’t say I’m that extensive in my search but I know that it will undoubtedly pay off. Thanks.

It’s good to have a working relationship with your coin shop. Cali is expensive. Wishing you all the best.
GOOD JOB C&C
Thanks!
What’s the name of the Good Deal coin shop in Greenville SC
I am wondering the same thing. I am that way all the time.
I believe it was the coinbox. I don't have anything with the name on it, I believe it is in Fountain Inn, If you want to check it out. I do remember that they have a UA-cam Channel www.youtube.com/@LocalCoinShop
Even pre 33 gold in AU,XF,VF has lower prices than new bullion coins.
Nice. If you want let me know what places you recommend. Thanks.
@@CashAndCoinsYT eBay,sir.Look around. I’m talking about ungraded raw pre 33 gold coins.
Silver is down overseas tonight, so maybe we get a big drop for tomorrow? With silver down and price the premiums low- good buying😊😊👍👍
Very true and thank you for the heads up! Enjoy your weekend!
Yep, good time to buy but not if you are looking to sell. Low, low buy backs right now
True! Thanks.
I have a 1 roll of Mercury dimes a few quarters and half dollars😂
Nice! Love the mercury dimes! 😃
1st after the 2nd 🤣
😂🤣😂
Junk silver or constitutional silver was taken out of the money supply in put in various vaults at JPMorgan and other Federal Reserve banks in 1964
can 90% coins be melted down and used to make jewelry?
I often see people who do it. But I don’t know if there are laws against it. Great question.
What happened? Supply and demand.
I know right?
1st
Congratulations 🎉🎊😃
