OMG - after playing Golf for 14 years I have to say => you are the most amazing Golf Coach I've ever seen - you own the gift to have a high skill and you are able to share and explain it on an understandable way to others - brilliant!
Pleasure, I've been involved in golf for a long time and so disillusioned with people in the industry. You are one few who can rightly be called " Golf Professional" I'm 71 with a few health issues and will get to Single figures with advice by November. So grateful!
I'm a realist : technique is an imperative for this game. But when you have a UA-cam channel named : ofcourseican it makes it a lot easier. Your Channel is a well appreciated gift! Knowledge is Power!
Great lesson on bunker play, you’ve explained so clearly, next time I’m in the bunker i’ll understand what I’m doing and not just getting lucky, haha. Thanks love the lessons.
@@GoodGolfCoaching .......well, I wouldn't go quite THAT far......but, you definitely made me understand this game so much better....... And I think just as important is knowing what I'm doing wrong.......thanks again ⛳🍺
Good vid again. Can you define what you mean by "lot of sand" and a "little sand"? The sand you're in now is easy for me. That light fluffy super dry country club (I have a few rich friends) is a big problem. I'll completely slide the club under or it just wont go far enough. Any fluffy dry sand tips?
I play most of my golf in the Phoneix/Scottsdale area of Arizona, USA (aka The Valley), which is a desert, so most of the sand is hard and /or compact. As I understand you, I should be playing most of my bunker shots with the wedge square and not so open, am I right in my understanding? I know that I have to assess the lie and the sand to determine how to play the shot as some courses do have soft sand in their bunkers. Under those circumstances, I can play a more open clubface. Cheers.
Brilliant, as they say over yonder. Your demo of the "misses" was *huge* for showing to the wifey and making her understand why I keep harping about her sternum.
I don’t understand where the swing phase comes from. So far what I’m trying to do is pull outwards, pressure down and turn around myself. I think I feel the club swinging but I’m not doing anything to make or even allow that to happen.
@@GoodGolfCoaching thanks Stuart. A video would be great. I’ve always wondered about the breaking mechanism and why that’s not the same as “stopping on the shot”.
Looking forward to practicing this very useful advice. Another super useful vid. Thanks 🙏🏽👏
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks Stuart, there is a lot to learn from this.
My pleasure John! Hope you’re well. Best wishes Stu 😊

It’s all about the knowing Gary, and not being told. Essential!
Very good bunker lesson. 👍
Thank you very much 😊
Very good

Boom, love it!! Glad I could back up your good coaching 😊
for a shot with little or no sand, do you still pull and swing and let the club go past the hands or do you dig and dig and dig?
You dig dig dig baby!

Hi Jeff, the swing phase comes from the brakeing mechanism in the downswing of the handle, sounds like i need to do a video!

Will do one for sure!
