The game is very very good, but it still trips up in a bunch of areas that could be improved on. To start with mods massively improved the visual aspect of the character customisation, the default options (particularly the heads) were quite limited, and (imo) ugly. It also still suffers from computer game nonsense, which stands out even more in this game since they try to let you approach scenarios in unexpected ways. Like how characters that you don't allow to join your party will do the typical video game thing of standing around in the exact same location for hours/days until you speak to them again. Or how if you belatedly let someone join your party they will act as if they were with you doing whatever it was you were doing before they joined you. Or how characters in certain areas will act like you participated in certain events, even if you found a non-glitch or exploit way to skip said event. There are issues with the combat too however since they just copied tabletop rules I guess you can't fault them for that ... however they might have had some room to do something more innovative. Anyway, yeah it's a top quality game, but there is still a lot of room for improvement if anyone is up for the challenge of making an even better game in this genre.
Love the video! Really nice review :)
