Honestly I have a few UA-cam channels, most faceless and I was just telling my partner this today. I’ve never seen people talk about their 9-5 jobs on UA-cam until recently. And then there you go mentioning it. I’ve always figured UA-camrs were full time content creators, business owners, contract workers etc. I’ve never seen people talk about their jobs on UA-cam until I stumbled upon Donte’s video about him pushing carts. Then I saw another man posted about quitting his 9-5 for UA-cam and that video did numbers like yours. I guess this is the new wave.

But my main channel has about 2.5k subscribers and I’m at 500 watch hours because I had to start over after being demonetized. I was unaware of the rules of shorts at the time so I was posting reels that I got from instagram as shorts and got demonetized. When using other people’s content they want you to do some sort of extra editing. So, I’ve been learning as I go.

A way to accomplish consistency: try making a list of videos to put out, maybe 2 days in a row or a week. Try diff amount of days & c what works best for u. Also set an alarm clock that has description (come up with more video ideas) the next day that would be.
Hi Dontay, I saw that original video featured on Legion of Men (Bo Refec's channel) where he did commentary on it. He has over 500k subs and he always tells people to go show the OP video creators some love, so I bet some of us came from there. I dont think youtube is on ez mode. I think you just have to know how to connect with the audience. I make good money on UA-cam has a small creator, and i think thats because i connect with my audience very well. My cpm is now $46 every 1000 views and i dont even have 5000 subs. I dont on putting on a bag of makeup on my face going to bed like, most youtubers doing. I be myself, and wear my grandma dress, and show my real life.😂😂
