- Last week, a Philippine convoy launched the biggest-ever display of maritime solidarity in the South China Sea, with an attempt to reach the Scarborough Shoal. Experts said it was part of efforts to assert the Philippines' rights amid China's militarisation of the disputed waters. CNA's Buena Bernal was onboard one of the boats in the convoy.
The Filipinos Will shed their blood for their own territories.

The South China Sea Arbitration violated the basic principle of state consent in international law. The award is illegal, null and void, and has no binding effect whatsoever. Any attempt of citing the illegal award of the South China Sea Arbitration to undermine China’s territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests will not succeed.
UNCLOS clearly has no jurisdiction to rule on territorial rights, Only ICJ can decide. And UNCLOS is not the proper forum because it does not deal with matters of territorial disputes or to resolve issues of sovereignty, as that field is governed by rules of customary international law on the acquisition and loss of territory, which can be decided by the ICJ ONLY.

- the rest of it is the international water,

The Haque tribunal has invited China in the preceding, China knowing that the law of the see will not be infavor to their action in Philiipine see, They veto and refuse to participate. The tribunal rulling is base on the United Nation Convention on the law of the see which China is one of the signatory, China did not veto the unclos when they signed it knowing unclos will contradict their nine dash line.
