They look good! I have a 2012 Sequoia with the headlight washers. Questions: 1) do the trims that are included have those smaller plastic covers for the washers? 2) I’m a dummy when it comes to DIY stuff. Is there a more complete step by step video on connecting the included harness? Would you route them in front of the engine/radiator?
Hey there! The trim piece we include will fit flat and does not include small plastic covers. For more detailed install instructions please refer to our written install guide here:formlights.com/blog/how-to-install-form-lighting-2007-2013-toyota-tundra-2008-2017-toyota-sequoia-led-headlights If you have any additional questions our customer service team would be happy to help as well! Hey there! Sorry to hear you're having some trouble. Please go ahead and shoot us an email at contact@formlights.com with some photos of what you're seeing, and our service team would be happy to help you with that. Thanks!
Just started installing mine and have the same issue. Supplied harness is shipped with two 15A fuses and the ignition only requires a 10A. Factory Toyota fuses are not compatible with the supplied fuse holder. This is certainly something that should have been addressed as there is no other supplied instructions in the box.
Guys, but if you're gonna do a video you should do it right. I just installed these. It came with tails that obviously were for another model. But there was nothing in the instruction that said that was the case. In addition, you should have mentioned that for some of the wires like the one that has the indicator bulb in the old headlamp, should just have the bulb removed and the wire stuck back in the cavity. In other words, there are going to be more factory wires by default a few of those not being used. That was perplexing especially to someone like myself who is not a mechanic. Also, how on earth do you adjust these things? I've turned both of the discs; upper and lower and the lights don't move at all???
Hey there! Thanks for the feedback. We haven't had any reports of mismatched connectors at this point in time, but we would like to note if that is the case. We did note that the headlight leveling connector won't be used at the 2:36 mark, as these do not retain that functionality. If you're having trouble aiming them, please go ahead and give us a call at 636-748-4444 Monday-Friday 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. CST, or shoot us an email at contact@formlights.com, and our service team would be happy to help you with that.
Hey there! These headlights include two adjustment screws that make it very easy to aim them after being installed. We include this in the video description under the section about them being SAE and DOT compliant.
Love those headlights but also the Grill is gorgeous
We appreciate the support!!

Where is the grille from?
2020 Sequoia TRD, explains the one inch gap towards the bottom
I ordered these lights. My harness came with two 15fuses. The original 10amp fuse prongs are too short.

Nice looking truck! Year? Gear?
Hey there! This is a 2011 Toyota Tundra.
I would like to order that grill for my truck, would you give us information on how to do that
Hey there, that is not a product we offer. This was a customers truck that we used to install our lights on.
Do you think it'll be possible for you to get that information from your customer and pass it on to us ? Please...
