With blemishine s2, it is very likely that there is not enough recovery because of the short period of time it can recover.
For this map, I would recommend using s3.

However, you need to be careful because there is a problem that the number of blocks on the mountain is insufficient because two enemies in the lower right corner are coming toward you at the same time.

As a replacement for Saria, a combination of any Defender and Medic is best.
As a replacement for Kal'tsit, it is best to use any Medic and a Nearl Alter; if there is no Nearl Alter, you can use any Guard and try to see if it works overall.
