If MHJ refuses I hope it is clear to everyone that New Jeans was not her priority and she was not this “mom” who cares so much. It was all about power, getting that power and using a group of young and naive girls to get her to that end. Hybe - stay strong as you have many power people wanting to take you down because of your success. The truth always wins out in the end. If you hear what MHJ side says, it calls out Hybe for the actual things they themselves do. They project. HYBE said that they are aware of mhj's control over NJ, so I highly suspect that they have people reading all the comments on all of these posts concerning mhj, NJ, kakao, etc. I also suspect that HYBE not being able to 'guarantee NJ's sincere activities' has more to do with how the girls are acting concerning mhj. Since they seem to be attached to mhj's hip, they could do all kinds of shady things in order to get her back, including refusing to work, which could lead to an ultimatum by HYBE, as in 'If you don't work, you don't get paid' situation. On the other hand, HYBE may be planning to place them in a deprogramming facility. It's also entirely possible that they will, as a last resort, sue the girls for damaging ADOR/HYBE financially and break their contracts through a court of law. It's like 2 trees fighting for the same piece of ground. Lots of directions the roots can move, but HYBE seems to have more legal wiggle room atp.

Hybe can only try their best to get them to get involved, and I am sure they will document every encounter and words exchanged to be used in court in the future. If the NJ members do not meet their responsibilities as agreed on their contract, Hybe will either have to terminate the contract with penalties to recover the loss or wait 5 years until the contract runs out.

Compared to many businesses, HYBE actually seems to try to promote fair business practices, offering their employees an in-building cafeteria, an in-building gym, an in-building library, an in-building mental health service, an in-building nurse/doctor clinic, and providing specialty help for their artists... such as vocal lessons, choreographers, hair stylists, make-up artists, clothes stylists, bodyguards, foreign language instructors, boxing and martial arts instructors, legal aide, and the list goes on an on. HYBE is a conglomerate... if I were still a young, physically mobile and physically capable woman, and since I absolutely know that there are very few businesses that are comparable, I would definitely have no reservations whatsoever about trying to get a job there. I can say this because I am not jealous/envious of the the money and things that PD BANG and BTS have worked for and EARNED THROUGH hard work. Greed is one of the 7 deadly sins, but so are Envy, Covetousness, and Jealousy. Although I am no longer a Christian, I WAS raised Baptist, and I still hold the teachings of Jesus in my heart. Four of my favorite teachings are, 'Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.', 'Judge not lest ye be judged.', 'Love thy neighbor as thyself. ', and 'Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.' (I still struggle with that judging part, especially when I see bullying and abuse being committed.) As I have come nearer to the end of my life, I have come to understand that I have been blessed, most certainly with both good and bad, but I'm grateful that I've been gifted the things I have needed in order to survive, to stay alive, and to keep living. It's hard to be respectful of a woman who's entire team is claiming the HYBE is using the media and telling lies to benefit them and cause harm to MHJ and NJ, as I have said before HYBE has done some things I do not like, but I do not see them as being the bad ones hear, how can anyone be on MHJ side ? So if I understand, because she didn't actually take over HYBE then it she couldn't be legally charged with a crime, but if she had succeeded then they would have charged her with a crime? So HYBE isn't allowed to prevent her from taking over their company, or actually planning to take it over? That does not make sense to me, they should be allowed to have fired her from the company completely and all this drama could have been over, instead she keeps on creating more lies and more manipulation not only about HYBE, but BTS as well. I don't care if they had to lie about something in the beginning of BH, BTS, or anything like that. So what, it's been so long. BTS have proven themselves again and again over the years. MHJ has no ownership rights in Ador and could not have the label without Hybe under any circumstances, since Ador is owned by Hybe. Hybe founded Ador and appointed MHJ as chief executive officer.
MHJ has been offered a lifeline by Hybe/Ador by remaining as performance director for 5 years. She should take this gladly to try and gain back some of the trust and respect she has lost, and also keep working with NJ who she cares so much about? Thank you! I'd rather the drama be contained in drama shows that end in 16 - 20 episodes :) MHJ is an employee, period. Each employer will state which actions are accepted and wanted. Then, there are other actions which will not be accepted and have repercussions. MHJ seems to present only volatile emotional responses. She was offered to stay with her group and complete her long term plan. It is not enough for her. Seriously, I don't think she will be happy with anything the company will offer. She will always want more.

MHJ/Kakao's intent is to drag it on. The only purposes are publicity fatigue and stock price impact. Prolonging the drama can also give opportunity for a "Black Swan" event (troubling unexpected event). November is her BOD membership. Without it, she cannot be appointed as CEO (according to Korean Law). Her employment contract I think has 2 or 3 more years.

If MHJ refuses I hope it is clear to everyone that New Jeans was not her priority and she was not this “mom” who cares so much. Min Hee Jin and Malcol are really out of line. They said that Hybe “is not guaranteeing New Jeans’ sincere activities.” Does that make any sense from the business standpoint? If New Jeans does well in their activities and succeeds, Adore and Hybe will make profits, so why will Hybe preventing NJ from doing sincere activities? If Hybe prevents NJ doing full activities, isn’t it like ending Ador’s own lifeline? Min Hee Jin said many times that she doesn’t need money and that she just wants to be with New Jeans, so now Hybe is generously extending Min Hee Jin’s contract, although her contract will end on November 2nd and she tried to steal Ador right under from Hybe, and she will be able to continue with New Jeans as their internal director for another 5 years, so why is she so dissatisfied? It must be all because of the money, not because she can’t be with New Jeans. In the current situation, she can’t receive the stock options, so she is grabbing hold of poor New Jeans and dragging them down. I just feel sorry for NJ and frustrated because the young and naive New Jeans members do not understand the real motive of Min Hee Jin.
HYBE said that they are aware of mhj's control over NJ, so I highly suspect that they have people reading all the comments on all of these posts concerning mhj, NJ, kakao, etc. I also suspect that HYBE not being able to 'guarantee NJ's sincere activities' has more to do with how the girls are acting concerning mhj. Since they seem to be attached to mhj's hip, they could do all kinds of shady things in order to get her back, including refusing to work, which could lead to an ultimatum by HYBE, as in 'If you don't work, you don't get paid' situation. On the other hand, HYBE may be planning to place them in a deprogramming facility. It's also entirely possible that they will, as a last resort, sue the girls for damaging ADOR/HYBE financially and break their contracts through a court of law. It's like 2 trees fighting for the same piece of ground. Lots of directions the roots can move, but HYBE seems to have more legal wiggle room atp.

Hybe can only try their best to get them to get involved, and I am sure they will document every encounter and words exchanged to be used in court in the future. If the NJ members do not meet their responsibilities as agreed on their contract, Hybe will either have to terminate the contract with penalties to recover the loss or wait 5 years until the contract runs out.

Compared to many businesses, HYBE actually seems to try to promote fair business practices, offering their employees an in-building cafeteria, an in-building gym, an in-building library, an in-building mental health service, an in-building nurse/doctor clinic, and providing specialty help for their artists... such as vocal lessons, choreographers, hair stylists, make-up artists, clothes stylists, bodyguards, foreign language instructors, boxing and martial arts instructors, legal aide, and the list goes on an on. HYBE is a conglomerate... if I were still a young, physically mobile and physically capable woman, and since I absolutely know that there are very few businesses that are comparable, I would definitely have no reservations whatsoever about trying to get a job there. I can say this because I am not jealous/envious of the the money and things that PD BANG and BTS have worked for and EARNED THROUGH hard work. Greed is one of the 7 deadly sins, but so are Envy, Covetousness, and Jealousy. Although I am no longer a Christian, I WAS raised Baptist, and I still hold the teachings of Jesus in my heart. Four of my favorite teachings are, 'Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.', 'Judge not lest ye be judged.', 'Love thy neighbor as thyself. ', and 'Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.' (I still struggle with that judging part, especially when I see bullying and abuse being committed.) As I have come nearer to the end of my life, I have come to understand that I have been blessed, most certainly with both good and bad, but I'm grateful that I've been gifted the things I have needed in order to survive, to stay alive, and to keep living. All else will be left behind when it's my time to go, because I can't take it with me anyway, can I? It's hard to be respectful of a woman who's entire team is claiming the HYBE is using the media and telling lies to benefit them and cause harm to MHJ and NJ, as I have said before HYBE has done some things I do not like, but I do not see them as being the bad ones hear, how can anyone be on MHJ side ?
So if I understand, because she didn't actually take over HYBE then it she couldn't be legally charged with a crime, but if she had succeeded then they would have charged her with a crime? Then, there are other actions which will not be accepted and have repercussions. MHJ seems to present only volatile emotional responses. She was offered to stay with her group and complete her long term plan. It is not enough for her. Seriously, I don't think she will be happy with anything the company will offer.
