brother, I've watched about 6 how to plays, and not only were they all about 15-20 mins long, it still wasn't super clear wtf was going on in this game. At under 2min mark on yours and I already think I could play. thank you
Came late to see your videos but, this is great stuff. You don't go into every detail, but cover enough to get you started. That brief intro gives you a good idea of what are you getting into.
You forgot to mention, that 3 coins are worth 1 point in the end. Also if you are behind on the conflict tracker, you get to choose who begins the next round, if it´s a tie, then the player who took the last card, gets to choose who begins the next round.
Very well explained.Hope you have more videos like this one. What graphics/video editing program did you use to display the different icons on your video?
I think your videos are way better than others that seem to be sponsored to some degree. The stop-motion and animation (instead of just pointing/talking) are amazing. I can't imagine how much time these take you... Totally speculating from here on. I think the older games you're forming a portfolio? Now to reach out to maybe a popular kickstarter that's almost out and offer to do a game for them (free) and then build up that cred too (at the very least you get an early copy!). Just because I'm a huge Stonemaier fan, maybe Wingspan...
best video I have seen on here. That said, the game is way to confusing... I threw it away without even playing a single game.... I suggest you learn it from someone in front of you or better yet - dont buy it.
You can only ever construct a maximum of 4 wonders! Each player gets dealt 4 wonders off the top of the game, and when the 7th wonder is built (3 wonders by one player and 4 wonders by the other), the 8th wonder goes back in the box.
@@CharlesHepburn2 Listen, you maniac: society needs to adhere to a certain set of rules in order to function. There will be no 8th wonders built here. But if it makes you feel slightly better, you can use the Anubis card in the Pantheon expansion to unbuild, and then rebuild, one of your wonders. And the Ra card lets you steal an opponent's wonder, potentially allowing you to build up to five wonders. But that's where it ends. That's where this madness MUST end.
Love how short and sweet this is. Thanks as always for your hard work!!

Oh gosh - welcome. Glad i could help, and i hope you enjoy it.
Your video editing and polish really does set you apart from the rest of the content creators out there and I hope you continue making great videos!
What a clean short explanation. Instructions as good as it gets.

Awesome video, and so concise... Wish I'd seen this before going through the instructions!

Thanks, Thomas! i've added a note in that section, linking to the Addenda on the NAaT website.
Very well explained in this short video. Keep it up!

I bought this game BECAUSE of this video. You need to start gettin' paid!
Hot smacky! Any ideas?

@@jpuck138 Good idea. How/where do you find out about upcoming, unlaunched campaigns?

It does help to have a teacher. But why throw it away instead of donating it?
Hi, I’m a maniac who likes building too many wonders... question: Can I build an 8th wonder in this game?

@@NightsAroundaTable ...but what if one was a maniac? ...then is it possible?

@@NightsAroundaTable LMAO! Hilarious
At 3:23 he constructs a wonder by putting a building card under it. Can it be any building card?
Any accessible card from the common tableau. It doesn't come from your own city.
at 0:47... that's not rock paper scissors... what kind of witchcraft divination do you let determine your first player???
i believe that’s Rock/Paper/Scissors/Lizard/Spock.
