Highly suggest some more from this band. Love these guys! Others songs to check out are Evil in Your Eye, Black Slug, Sorcery & Sabotage to name a few.
Brother Bill, AKA Bill Fisher is a part of 3 other bands as well as his solo project. His other bands are MUCH more guitar heavy. This is a great place to start the journey, as you have now been introduced to the members of CotCS.
Saw them live last year in Wisconsin at a super tiny venue. Everyone in the band was hanging out at the bar, all very cool people. Couple of young guys in a local band were doing an opening set and the drummer had a problem with one of his cymbals. Drummer from CotCS ran up and fixed it for him while they were still playing, super wholesome moment. I highly recommend 'Evil in Your Eye' or 'Everybody's Gonna Die'. Both are fantastic songs and just as catchy as this.
Wooo Church of the cosmic skull ..... We never talk about it. They were amazing in concert. We arrived in Deep Ellum early enough to get a great parking spot. After we had lunch at the ramen shop around the corner we stopped at a street sale. Walked back to the car to put our items away, and there was the band getting out of their van. There we were dressed in all white. Got to shake hands with two band members. After the show they hung out with the fans that lingered in between packing up. We got to meet 6 or 7 members of the band. Sister Caroline was constantly busy. She has a band of her own called Dystopian Future movies. I walked by the bathroom to someone talking to her at the sink. She was swamped with people. Sister Jo annn gave us a hug. Just a friendly band who seems to like interacting with their fans. Great music live and epic music videos.
Howdy, Riff. Could you check out 'Drag me to Hell' by Lord of the Lost. I saw them live, supporting Iron Maiden this weekend and thought they were pretty great. Thanks, bud.

The singer/guitarist mentioned in a “how to play” video that it wasn’t intended to be a solo, it’s more of a fill/musical voicing.

😂shewww gah damn that shit was killing me
The most upbeat song about drug addiction ever.
I highly recommend Evil in your Eye from this band, it's definitely not as repetitive as Cold Sweat, and has a cool guitar solo too.
