The solar eclipse forecast in Texas might be cloudy, but Bill Nye says it'll still be 'spectacular'

Bill Nye can't wait for the eclipse in Texas on April 8, even with a weather forecast suggesting Texas could have cloudy conditions during totality.
In a 1:1 interview with the Statesman, Nye explained what to expect from a cloudy eclipse and encouraged people to "be in the moment" for the occasion.
