For being built in 2005 (I would’ve guessed a 1980s remodel), imo this house combines a more “traditional” design & feel with a modern feel... seems like a real family-oriented home... not at all like previous tours of a lot of concrete, steel & glass. Not “my cup of tea” but then again I live in a “traditional” house 🏡 only dreaming of the concrete, steel & glass...

As someone who lives in Pasadena I can tell you that those mountains will almost never have snow excpet for the very rare occasion snow levels drop down to 2,000 feet.

Jaret Donald Patterson Michael is stupid rich though, I don’t get why he bothers owning his cars rather than leasing them if he cares that much about putting 100 miles on them (or with his shoes getting a small bit of dirt on the bottom). Seems like a lot of effort for a wealthy person to go out of their way, sit in traffic and sort out renting a car whenever they need to do a few more miles than normal, when they could just drive in their own car straight from home

the reason Michael does not like to walk on the grass with his shoes on, he has said many times before, is so that he won't dirty the floors of the houses he is visiting with the grass.

If I had to pick my dream house, I'd instantly pick this one.

T- ball is a kids sport that basically introduces or leads a kid into real baseball. and the four plates are different ranges to practice pitching to your kids.

The raised mound and further away home plates are for teen or adult pitchers to practice throwing 70-95 MPH. The unraised mound and closer plate are for younger kids to practice with. Spot on about the tee-ball.

Those 'plates', 'home' and pitchers mound plate, [although there is no mound under them] are situated as such for many people [a team, possibly] to practice at the same time. Mostly pitching & hitting- What a house for a large family, like 7 or 8 kids, and grandma and grandpa, a real dream come true.

What a change to see a beautiful house that finally is original as is not the case with the today's houses. You see one you see all, they're all the same. Minimalist designs. Love this as the best house on your show to date. Fifteen minutes into it and am already tired. Such a huge but the cosiest of house, impeccably decorated. Not too much not too little. Plus Michael who's so funny, how fun to watch.
