Had the same problem like you, I am from germany and i get them from a very small online-shop called "farbstifte.net". I think it's run by only one woman who imports them from the U.S. I obviously don't know if there are shops that sell those pencils in Poland but you could buy some from that shop. You can change the language of the shop to english. Only problem is that delivering it to poland costs 13,50€ instead of 5,39€. Those two are the pencils he used in that drawing I think. The premier is softer than the Verithin so he uses the Verithin for the thin and a bit lighter lines and the Premier for the thicker and dark lines (As you can also see in the video). farbstifte.net/product_info.php?language=en&info=p79_prismacolor-premier-black--pc935.html&= farbstifte.net/product_info.php?language=en&info=p771_prismacolor-verithin-black--vt747.html&= And you should consider buying a Pencil Sharpener like this because its much more difficult to sharpen these pencils with normal sharperners because the tips break easily and this sharpener stops sharpening if the pencil is sharp, so you dont waste any of the pencil.
