I was born in 74, thought I'd do better than 16/25 ☹. I love that these quizzes are not easy peasy. Great questions and lovely voice and format. I only discovered these recently and love them. Great for people like me who no longer watch mainstream tv. 👍❤
I got 20 - Ronnie Barker brought back fond memories of watching Open All Hours. It always reminds me of where my Yorkshire grandparents used to live and shop!
20 today Stu. Yet another great quiz. 👍 It seems funny now that Clive Sinclair had such grief over the C5. If he brought them out today they'd probably sell like hotcakes! 😂😂
Got em all. i been binge watching you since last week, when i then subscribed, Im not cheating,,,just little late to the party. TY Stu,,for a breath of old air.
80s General Knowledge Quiz: 20/25. Not a bad score from me. A couple of good guesses... I thought the Space Shuttle launch 🚀 was earlier. Stephen King was a lucky guess, as Danielle Steele and Tom Clancy could have been the answer. I remember watching Wogan when Ronnie Barker made the announcement that he would be retiring. Another nostalgic Quiz. It brought back some memories....🙂
21 today, went for Jackson for most solo number 1’s, India for most populous country, Poland for Rubik cube man and the Fiesta for biggest selling car. (I tried to use logic as the fiesta was smaller and cheaper than the others). Great quiz….as always.
Five wrong. I was sure I was a badge wearing old fart, now I have to reconsider... Could I have morphed into a 70s kid with all that hairspray. 80s maybe - I do look good in parachute pants. I'm lost. The only things I can now hold as true are my love of Van Halen 1, Stingray and a previously unfelt emotion watching Barbara Eden in I dream of Genie.

It seems funny now that Clive Sinclair had such grief over the C5. If he brought them out today they'd probably sell like hotcakes! 😂😂
They cost £399 new in the 80's . There's 2 for sale on E-Bay. One for £950 and the other for £1,100!
Got them all right. Have a nack of remembering things really well.
Top stuff!

Hi Alison. I remember watching Ronnie Barker on Wogan too and feeling shocked that he was taking early retirement.
18. Shame, I was hoping to get the same score as the song by Paul Hardcastle!

Never apply logic to the 80s ~ I was there and it didn't make sense 😅
Yes!! I put down Michael Jackson in question 12. Thinking 🤔 about... Madonna seemed to be more prolific during the 1980s.
22 out of 25. Got the Ford Escort, Royal Wedding and Shoulder Pads wrong
Great score.
stu good quiz got 18 hoped i would do better
I fluffed 3 of the easier ones and got three I really thought I had totally wrong. Score 22.
Great score.
21 out of 25.
Nice score.
21. Thought I was going to get 25 but then blundered on Michael Jackson, shoulder pads, Thriller date and Sony bringing out CD players.
Nice score!

Hairspray and parachute pants is a potent combination.

Actually the Rubik's cube was invented in the 70s but it didn't become popular until the 80s.
A very dismal 12 right 😂
Was at 16 from 16 then went tits up and finished with 19. Not too shabby though i think

No.17 it is China, but that's not actually "the same as it is now" because India just surpassed them this year. 😊
