I am a new safari mt owner and my friend owns a new nexon at and this happened to the nexon at a simple solution is to restart the car.
1-- press mute button for 20sec.
2--press source button for 20sec within 3sec of (1) step.
(Note: car should be in IGN GREEN)

That khd khd problem is a fuel pump motor issue lgatar nhi hti kch kch months ke baad repeat hti
Engine is misfiring, it is a manfacturing defect
Replace that motor under warranty
I don't think Tata is doing any RND on this vehicle before launching...they are just looting Indians stating local is vocal
Research and Development ke bina kuch nhi banta bhai, I think tum Quality Control(QC) kehna chah rhe ho joki mahindra aur tata wale nhi janta kya cheez hoti hai.

I suffered from the same issue in my new car and the main reason was a poor quality of fuel, many fuelpumps cheat with the fuel quality to gain more profit. mostly the density of the fuel wouldnt the right.
I have also face the exact same issue in accomplish Plus facelift safari.
After 3-4 blank self attamp battery got drain and my entire day got waisted. And finally they start the vehicle but they also do not know what exactly happened. Now I'm always in fear when I go out of city.
There’s nothing like AUX battery in safari, customer care is just making customer fool. Only one battery present that’s inside bonnet which everyone knows commonly.
In the first place It should not happen, it’s very risky to even stop our car for an small breaks on a highways in night specially when we are travelling with family.
The RSA was decently quick as you were in accessible location, but it would be an tough call on an highways or an remote location where car would throw up on you.
Tomorrow am taking delivery of Tata safari!!! Worried 😮

It can happen to one of the vehicles some times but does not mean all vehicles have issues ..so don't worry ..inhale been using safari since July 2021...absolutely no issues so far ..more than 40000 kma driven

M y uncle had dark edition Harrier…the same kind of problem occured after a year of ownership…the service initially diagnosed it as a battery problem…they however said we have to make the claim for battery replacement…we did and fortunately got the battery replaced…however the problem persisted…our car was then replaced with new injectors and a new fuel pump…the problem still persisted…the service said there is some issue with wiring…and that we need to leave the vehicle…the car was with the service for about a month…when the car came back although it did not show the problem but rather developed other issues…it never drove the same…and my uncle let go of the vehicle in just 2.5 years…make sure your problem is addressed in your presence…leaving the vehivle at a tata service center seems like a big gamble…at least it proved so for us.
Tata motors never learns anything from their experience. I am owning a car - Not Tata- and the main battery still going strong- even after 5 years and 37 K kM run. Even now, the dealer says no need to replace now. We need that kind of quality products.
I have a verna and it happened with me too the fault was in fuel pump and when diagnosed it got damaged by a stone or some obstructing object so i had to replace it.
bhai 10 lac agar maruti ko doge to 10 saal tak bhi aisi problem nahi aayegi. yahan 30 lac deke bhi insaan pareshan ho rakha hai ki beech highway gaadi band na pad jaye.
bro owner of grand vitara after 2 days of delivery my cars both the headlights not working and sunrof not opening but I also own a kia seltos old after 1.5 years only few minor problem syou can see i am fed up with maruti and gonna sell it

One issue we all face is adulterated fuel.
Possibly you may have the same issue. Else clogged fuel filter

Hi i faced same problem in my new safari , my car was towed to service center. There they told that the issue is in cam shaft sensor . Pls update is it same for you .
It looks like a fuel pump problem. I have seen one youtuber and he has the similar issue on his 2021 Tata safari, he had the similar issue before.
This is highly disappointing and that's why TATA does not deserve spending 30-31 Lakhs, Now bought then Suffer, pray that the display and instrument cluster also does not go blank

Please don't, you may waste your hard earned money. I have altroz and everything is bad multiple manufacturing issues, service issues. If you want peace in your life please don't buy tata or mahindra. Take it as brothers' advice else it's your money you can do what you want with it.

Faced this same problem with Tata punch automatic AMT. exact same problem. On road assistance was on their way but by chance it started after 1-1:30 hrs.

Mahindra is anyday better, Mahindra engines are far more reliable.
woh mahindra jiske scorpio se chalte hue axle mein se wheel alag ho jata. rehnde bhai accident dekha uska Tata aur mahindra mein quality control naam ki cheez nhi hai.

Mujhe tata service men ka input dekh kar accha laga. Kyuki eventuallt cars bhi ek tarah ka electronic device hi hain toh problems aa sakte hain. Important hai ki service kesi milti hai aur issue fix kar pate hai ki nahi
Fuel pump main problems aati hain but jisne bhoga usi ko pata hai.
