Blue is the super saiyan version of red (God), thats what they are trying to show with the yellow aura before he goes into blue. Blue and yellow makes green, thats why the aura turns green before he transforms. At least that's what I'd like to believe 😅

The green is just an animation color for Goku just like with Vegeta's hair being green before fully going into Super Saiyan and if I remember correctly the people who did the movie also said it.was just an animation color. SSB tho IS just Super Saiyan God and then just further transforming into a Super Saiyan.
