I actually have the same watch as yours. I don't mind when people say its a ladies watch cause to me it just feels like the perfect watch for me. I got 6.5 inches wrist.
mine is 15cm, imagine LOL I didn't find a man with a smaller wrist than me yet. I frequently search female watch, cause mostly watch for men are too big for me
This Seiko Presage at this size looks great. For the similar price point at smaller size, the 36mm Bambino looks like a great dress watch contender for smaller wrists! Great review :)
This whole presage line is phenomenal. This particular one is subtle but still makes a statement. If you’re looking for one that makes the dial pop, gotta go with the red ;)
Love this review - it's great to see the "womens" Presage being worn by men. As one with smaller wrists, I've been eyeing the red variant for some time.
@@theknightswatch thank you! I'm not afraid to wear one but I don't think that pop color will go along with suit and it may not have my wrist time after all.
Hi, I guess I'm late to this party. I really like this watch. that printing done on the amazing shimmer ( or whatever they call that) pattern that emanates from the center is so well defined. And yeah it's #SmallWatchPride month so, cheers!
Ya I really like this watch, have no idea what they call the dial pattern but it’s a cool one. Interested to take a look at the new 38mm presage they are coming out with.
Thanks for the sub! Trust me I used to wear larger watches, and still do, and just found that 34-38 range very comfortable on the wrist. Not for everyone but you may like it more than you think.
Great review, thank you very much. I really like smaller watches, my wrist size is actually quite similar to yours. Real drawback for me is (as said by others) the 17mm lug width. Not only would the common size of 18mm be much more convinient, I am also not sure if the 17mm may not be wide enough for me. I think this watch I would really need to try on before buying, but I guess I am considering it. Have to wait and see how/if my feelings change, though.
Thank you and thanks for watching! 17mm really is a let down, I’ve found some cool straps from cheapest nato straps that work well but definitely not an easy size to shop for unless you want to go custom. I haven’t found the width to bothersome but I guess the thinner styling may not be for everyone.
I just bought this watch for my wife. Got it for a bargain during sale but my slight disappointment is the same with you - it’s not pink enough. I like the 4R35 movement though.
Looking for a huge upgrade for my wife's Christmas this year. She wears her watch always. Complaining that she is tired of her usual timex, 😩😩 lasting a year or two. I know we're those people! So I asked what she'd like, she said black or dark brown leather strap white face with gold bezel. After researching and staying in some kinda budget, I like this watch in the Bellini version for her. For us this is ridiculous to spend, now they are over $400. Please give me your input? Like your style Thanks
If possible, could you show how to use the strap that comes with 'Bellini' Rose Gold Watch SRP852J1 Also for those of us who are new to the world. Tutorial on function of this type of watch. Thanks again
Unfortunately dont have access to that watch but its functionally the same as this but just a different color. I’d recommend changing the original strap as it’s not very comfortable. Can find a couple good options on Amazon in that size for not too much money.
I don’t think it would be too big. But of course measure the top of your wrist and compare it to the length of this watch. That will let you know forsure.
I like the presage dial but it falls short because of the date window.. its not that having the date window is bad as it is a useful extra function for some.. but a dress watch like this doesnt need the date window. It is also not about the symmetry but its about having excess function. Getting older moving towards 40, I now enjoy simplicity in watches..
Somebody help please, I have purchased the Seiko Presage with the blue dial. I have small wrists and have had every link removed (which can be removed, so says the dealer) it’s still a bit large. What can I do?
Meh. Dial color is barely pink. The metal on bracelet is a bit rough and certainly underwhelming. Will probably return. Love the idea but this watch is underwhelming - I prefer to pay more to enjoy a better product. Note: There are plenty of 17mm straps. Check: Molequin in Belgium.
Totally underwhelmed. Saturation of pink is poor and I find the bracelet rough. Check Molequin for top-notch 17mm straps. Am disappointed. Note: 36mm might have been a better choice.
I actually have the same watch as yours. I don't mind when people say its a ladies watch cause to me it just feels like the perfect watch for me. I got 6.5 inches wrist.
Same here. Just wear what you like.

Thank you. I agree the 36mm bambino May be an even better option but man those presage dials!
They need a 36 or even 38mm for these cocktail times. It’s a dress watch after all as you say.
36mm would be perfect 👌
This whole presage line is phenomenal. This particular one is subtle but still makes a statement. If you’re looking for one that makes the dial pop, gotta go with the red ;)
Sam Sprengelmeyer ya that red is something else!
Very glad you got this and did the review. I really dig this watch, the size and the dial just a perfect companion.
Leya Y thanks and I totally agree, such a cool piece!
Love this review - it's great to see the "womens" Presage being worn by men. As one with smaller wrists, I've been eyeing the red variant for some time.
My girlfriend owns the red version and I can tell you that one is stunning!
@@theknightswatch I have the pink one but eyeing for the red one. Can you recommend the red one wearing by a man always wear suit or a shirt?
Việt Nam Nguyễn Đào of course as long as you’re not afraid of wearing red. The color and depth of color of the red one is awesome.
@@theknightswatch thank you! I'm not afraid to wear one but I don't think that pop color will go along with suit and it may not have my wrist time after all.
Việt Nam Nguyễn Đào just depends on the suit color and shirt color. If you
Wear red, pink, black, white, grey, tan, also darker blues, it’ll work
Just finding your videos awesome with your expressive personal analysis and the close-up presentation of the watches :)
Thanks for watching! Glad you are enjoying.
@@theknightswatch Can I ask how did you obtain all these lovely watches?
laszlo halapi sorry for the late reply, UA-cam not great at notifications, I buy all the watches I review and either sell or keep them.
The Knight’s Watch Awesome,Thanks for the reply👍
Just bought one while waiting for my pink Datejust , love the baby pink and the fine detailed from Seiko
Such a fun watch! Hopefully your datejust isn’t too far off
Awesome watch. If they gave it a proper lug width (18mm) I prob would’ve picked one up. Great review man 👍🏼
SunsetSheen thanks! And I agree 18mm would’ve been so much better.

I’m moving away from 41mm, for smaller dress watches but anything below 37mm will look too small. Even on my 6.5inch wrist. Subbed.
Thanks for the sub! Trust me I used to wear larger watches, and still do, and just found that 34-38 range very comfortable on the wrist. Not for everyone but you may like it more than you think.

Any great review, with good zoom. I do love the way the dial shines on my Seiko Presage. It's my most expensive watch. For you, probably not so ;)
Haha thanks! It’s a beautiful watch and that dial is crazy for the price. Enjoy yours!
I just bought this watch for my wife. Got it for a bargain during sale but my slight disappointment is the same with you - it’s not pink enough. I like the 4R35 movement though.
Ya wish it was more pigmented but still a great watch!
Good review. I like smaller watches. Not a fan of butterfly bracelets but I like this one.
Tim Young I get ya! This bracelet is fairly comfortable

Just ordered this salmon dialed watch for myself. I have 6 inch wrists and it’s harder to find nice looking smaller watches.
Hope you like it, it’s a fun one
Great Review Bro 👊
Thank you man 🙏🏻

Picked one of these up today for my wife.
Awesome hope she likes it!
I am a very petite lady with small 5.2 inch wrists. Is this too big? I would prefer the ice blue though.
I don’t think it would be too big. But of course measure the top of your wrist and compare it to the length of this watch. That will let you know forsure.
Great review!
Thank you 🙏🏻
Thanks for this great review! Do you know when this watch was released? I noticed that not many stores carries this version.
Thanks for watching. I believe it was released between 6-12 months ago,
@@theknightswatch Thank you. I guess it will take some time for them to start selling it in the local stores. Thank you so much!!

Woow, it looks really nice on wirst. So shiny and elegant. Can we change the strap with a leather strap or nato???
Yep the only annoying part is the lug width is 17mm so a little harder to find straps. Can always squeeze an 18mm in though.
36mm would be sweet, although I have a 4.5 in wrist lol
Greed. The new 38.5mm presage series is pretty nice. I’ve owned a coupleS
Can we retrofit it with a saphire crystal?
Somebody help please, I have purchased the Seiko Presage with the blue dial. I have small wrists and have had every link removed (which can be removed, so says the dealer) it’s still a bit large. What can I do?
sean oldaker you would either have to take it to a jeweler/watch shop to see if they can remove more links or buy another strap/bracelet.
unisex?
