I wanted to chime in and second what others are noticing, that Zach's "insider insights" really do add something to the round. I like it.
Gavin's shirts are fire! Zach is pretty much a natural on the mic, great commentary all round!

Gotta say, these two paired up as commentators has to be the most enjoyable audio paired with a round of Pro Disc Golf I've heard.
SOOOO many times Zach has insight and field knowledge he shares that just makes this production seriously enjoyable.

Honestly, this commentary duo might just allow me to start watching jomez again.
U guys should take all the slo-mo intro, outro, lead-in footage and compile them for like an end of the year compilation thing. Just the slo-mo shots. That’d b sick. I could watch those slo-mo’s for hours!
The camera angle on Calving 2nd on hole 4 does a really good job of showcasing how insane the level of that shot is.
These openers just hit every time. Brings in the suspense, sick beats, amazing editing.

Does the commentary team not see the disc selection we see from the tee box? Seems like whether it’s any of the fellas here or the geese they don’t know what discs theyre throwing off the tee.

Zach's true magic might be his effect on Paul. Uli is never this chill (dare I say friendly?) with Jeremy in the studio.
I'm confused on stable. I always thought stable meant flat. Level flight. But seems if you say "stable" with emphasis, then that implies over-stable, a larger turn.
I'm not a pilot, but I think turning towards the ground is considered UNstable.

I prefer "neutral" for straight discs. Stable isn't wrong since it's not over/under, but when "stable" is used with emphasis to imply over-stability (beefiness, meat-hook, etc) it does get confusing. Under-stable is a made-up thing for disc golf not to be confused with unstable.
Stable and overstable are used interchangeably. Anything that doesn't turn over basically.

Someone help me understand: Why does the person who won the previous hole have to tee off first? Wouldn't they gain more advantage by going last? I understand the same applies to golf, but that doesn't mean disc golf needs to continue that tradition. It just doesn't make sense to me.
It is called "honors", but you are right it is not an advantage, it is to give the card the chance for a wind read or to react to what happens, all to increase competition. But on the flip- side, if you are playing way better than the card, it can be an intimidation factor. Most people I know play "ready golf" anyway, outside of competitions.
