I would give him a medal for that, it was brilliant when he put the power down. Thank you very much for your continued support it really is greatly appreciated
Thanks very much mate I really enjoyed my time here, the 37 was absolutely magical. Always loved seeing them pull away especially when the driver puts the power down
And that is why 37s are my favourite locos ever, Jeeeez louise that was insane, I got a video of that one leaving Crewe once and it blew the roof off but not like that though what a noise
Another British summers day Raining!!! a good day for the ducks...oops Seagulls An awesome video mate good to see a 68 and that 37 blew you and James away & me. Being a northern station we had to see those horrible Pacers, went on one from Wigan Wallgate to Southport a couple of years ago worst train ride I have ever had .
gotta love the british weather, can never really tell what it's going to do. Even the weather man generally just goes with "lets just see what happens" Apart from the pacers the station itself was brilliant. Definitely one that I'm coming back to. Hopefully with more 68 and 37 power
Yes the class 390 pendolino only operates on the West Coast Mainline and briefly touches the East Coast Mainline when they pull into Edinburgh. 225 and 125 sets work on the ECML, occasionally they will go via the WCML from Carlisle when they get the diversions
I think pendilinos are kind of boring all modern train sound the same and some have less seats so more people have to stand in rush hour and that's not nice to do
A very well it together film. I really enjoyed and Carlisle is my local station! I was wondering if you could check out my 2 part film at carlisle - I would be greatly appreciated if you did. 😃
Is it just me that really hates 153's? Like I would rather be on a pacer than a single car train, its just not right, it has to be 2 joined together looking like a 156 which I much prefer
I know I’m like 4 years late but that may be the best 37 start up on UA-cam
wow that 37 and your reactions gave me goosebumps and what someone else thinks doesn't matter it was a very nice moment
That 37 was absolutely beautiful
Wow. a massive thumbs up to the DRS 37 driver. I still watch your videos with interest, you definitely deserve all the new subs mate. 😃
I would give him a medal for that, it was brilliant when he put the power down. Thank you very much for your continued support it really is greatly appreciated
Wicked video can't wait for part to really nice capture of the class 37 as well
Thanks very much mate I really enjoyed my time here, the 37 was absolutely magical. Always loved seeing them pull away especially when the driver puts the power down
woah I have seen this in the past and I have seen this happen in the past
Blimey, that 37 is the fastest-accelerating diesel train I've ever seen!
She certainly wasn't hanging about
+Tornado922 Carlisle is my local station! P.S Class 390 107 was also is in BEAM livery.
This is now my favorite video of your thanks to that 37
that 37 really did make it good
That 37 definitely wasn’t messing around what a sight that would’ve been to see
And that is why 37s are my favourite locos ever, Jeeeez louise that was insane, I got a video of that one leaving Crewe once and it blew the roof off but not like that though what a noise
I think it's safe to say you can't beat the engine that the 37 has in terms of sheer grunt and power when accelerating
Just went here today and it wa fab!
that 37 clagged so awesome
It was amazing

Really great video had such a good day with you mate our reactions when the 37 went 😂😊😊
please tell me you didn't get pooped on
Nope we didn't
Scouse Trainspotter 1999 why do you write in your friends comments?
That 37 was just brilliant!!. I've got a 37 coming past my local so looking forward to the Clag, great video :)
It certainly made my day
Fantastic video great to see that 37 and the double 68 I really like carlisle
Thanks very much I'm glad you enjoyed watching this, the double 68 and the 37 were excellent captures
What a great video first to see the 37 full power set off and of course to see my second fave train the p.....
keep up the great work.
D.
Hahaha :) I'm glad you enjoyed watching this mate
Awesome Footage! Liking the sound of the tractors!
Thanks very much :)
Nice Train Spotting! :) I've been to Carlisle and my favourites are the 11-coach Virgin Pendolinos.
Thanks very much :) I really enjoyed my time at this station and I will definitely be coming back
Fab video mate, it was great seeing you and James that day!
thanks very much mate, I really enjoyed that day it was brilliant meeting you
coincidentially, I saw 68004+68020 at Exeter SD on a NR test train, must like each others company
Good first part 😊
Thanks :)
I've got you saying ahhhh go on girl as my text message soumd🤣🤣
I think it would be cool if you did a best of sort of video with things like the 37. Wish we had those in the states
You still have excellent diesel power in the states especially on your freight trains.
+Tornado922 yea but nothing that sounds that good
+Tornado922 not only that but its cool to see stuff we dont have here
You love the 37, you really should go to a diesel gala.
That 37 was amazing, I would very much like to go to a diesel gala when I get the opportunity
That 37 was a legend
Certainly was
Tornado922 Class 68’s would have to come second in my opinion
Who would win in a battle the class 66 for bombardier or the class 37 for brel also that 37 was absolutely brilliant
The 66 would ultimately win
@@Tornado922 true but the 37 sounds rather nice
I must go there someday it's just so far away but noice video btw
You would really enjoy it here, it's a fantastic station to go to
Awesome Video :)
Thanks very much
awesome vid
Thanks very much
i have seen the Tesco Express and it was a 66
You should go to Newbury
i see a Pacer doing the "Here's Johnny" through the fence
hahaha
From the video, Carlisle station looks very worn and dirty. Great video.
It's currently getting a massive overhaul, I'm glad you liked the film
11:06 I feel the same way after seeing a class 68
we have 37s at norwich
Not for very much longer though
great video keep up the good work can u visit deansgate
I can film there at some stage
tornado922+ can you go to London st pancreas and film Eurostar southeastern javelin and east Midlands
I have filmed there already this year, the film can be filmed on my channel
10.35......phwoar... 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
That's proper power
Virgin to Edinburgh Waverley? Do Pendolinos only operate on the WCML? Fantastic videos by the way, cheers from Indonesia!
Yes the class 390 pendolino only operates on the West Coast Mainline and briefly touches the East Coast Mainline when they pull into Edinburgh. 225 and 125 sets work on the ECML, occasionally they will go via the WCML from Carlisle when they get the diversions
Awesome
Thanks
are voyagers diesel or electric
diesel
There Diesel-Electric
They don't have a pantograph so they are just diesel
+Daniel Hughes that's true because they don't have third rail connection and operate on diesel only lines like shrewsbury
What I mean is they have a diesel engine which powers a generator which powers electric motors.
the most unstreamlined train roars away faster than the pendilino
I know right, it was brilliant
I think pendilinos are kind of boring all modern train sound the same and some have less seats so more people have to stand in rush hour and that's not nice to do
If I ran a railway company I would only run 37s, 55s, 91s, 87, 86s, 43s, 90s, 158s and 68s
And a rifle range full of pacers
Now that's a railway I would film at every day
I've been there
IT's certainly at fantastic station
IT's certainly at fantastic station
+Tornado922 i know mate seen loads of freight eg 86s 90s 92s 66s 70s and the MPV and the tamper trains its so good
11:06
2042 will be the saddest year because we will run out of oil and that means no diesels and no 37's
Ye it will 😢😢
Forgive me if I am wrng, but is the independence day 390 to celebrate leaving the EU
No it's not :) It's to do with the second Independence day film that was released last month
oh right well most modern diesels have that anyway
A very well it together film. I really enjoyed and Carlisle is my local station! I was wondering if you could check out my 2 part film at carlisle - I would be greatly appreciated if you did. 😃
Thanks very much for saying so it is greatly appreciated, I'll be sure to check out your channel when I get the opportunity
Is it just me that really hates 153's? Like I would rather be on a pacer than a single car train, its just not right, it has to be 2 joined together looking like a 156 which I much prefer
I don't mind the 153's, given some of the routes they run on it makes sense to run a 1 car unit as there demand for the route isn't all that great
ok
looking at it the 37 would beat a 390 pendilino in a race
She certainly pulls away fast
