The Mazinger Z GX-01R is still my favorite one! with actual punch and stomach firing mechanism and heavy diecast built is truly one of a kind. You can change the look, make more articulate but won't be more functional as the original revised one!

The scrander belt clips on and off easily, you just can't be afraid of it, and it helps to watch someone that knows how it operates or has had a few days with it to learn it's pressure points, ect. It really is a thing of beauty. Nice job & review Charles 😉 Can't wait to get mine!

Just got mine today and WOW! My wife was also very impressed which was a relief especially with the price tag of this guy but defiantly worth it as you pointed out. If you have any tips on connecting the Scrander belt, please let me know. I can't mine to clip together. I am so glad I got this guy before prices skyrocket. Not I can't wait for the US release of the movie on Blu-ray. Thanks for the video!
I used to draw mazinger z after school everyday when I was young maybe that's the reason why the old will always stick in my mind in choosing.This metal build mazinger is a masterpiece but a temptation I can resist Hah!The only thing I dont like about the modern version is that his eyes look as if hes about to cry.

Sentinel's Mazinkaiser is AMAZING...also if you didn't know Sentinel also just released their riobot Shin Getter 1 which is in transit from AmiAmi.............honestly you cannot go wrong with either I know Sentinel Mazinkaiser is sold out all over the place and so is Metal Build Mazinger. Its a coin toss. Owning all the Metal Build line releases and Sentinel Riobot's.........both are amazing!

Well, if you can't read Spanish as well as Japanese, it really doesn't matter if the back of the box is in Japanese, Mind as well be in Spanish, you wouldn't understand it anyways. Good Video BTW, love these models.

huu lord I so want to get my hands on one of this guys and I'm waiting to get that movie on my local theater and one question can kids watch the movie or is for adults becasue I want to bring my son to watch it he loves Mazinger Z he watch the original series. man this Z is bad ass, articulation is superb. I love the way that they did the panel separation on the character and the figure capture it super good., ha yeah like Gundams Real grade are very good some of them or Master grade do that panel moving on the articulation and this guys does that very good. Huu the scrander looks amazing love that they include all the effects and the south cross is awesome looking. Oh man sadly I will not be able to buy this big bot, but is great to see a nice review of him it brings joy in to my eyes hahah. Thanks for sharing man thumps up
VirussRuss I went to see this with my little 6 year old girl and at no point did I feel anything was innapropriate. Even the battle scenes are super colorful. There are so many brightly colored enemies on screen

That Metal Build version of Infinity looks amazing...and the proportions are what I remember the original anime (via the Tranzor-Z dub of the early 80s) having; not those strange skinny stretched out proportions of the figure you compared it to. And I'm pretty sure that you can also attach the Iron Cutters to the forearms with the Rocket Punch effects setup for the super epic attack that was known in the aforementioned dub as the Blazer Punch.
Hi. Is this the best Mazinger Z? I like all 100% diecast that can articulate. Is it better than the big Mazinger Z that has the gantry? I wish it was as big as the one with the gantry and has the battle damage- I'd pay more if it's more. It's also sad, the box mispelled Nagai as Naga (unless that was a fake one that I saw). I’m trying to return it. Don’t like it at all. Got it on eBay and seller doesn’t take returns.
I fixed it. Got pair of rubber tipped tweezers from Michaels. Was able to pull them both back in place. Only took 5 minutes.
