Matt has his own unique style, which makes it very intresting and enjoyable to watch but 'the best in the world?' nah, not imo. check out Gavin Harrison, Marco Minneman or like Beardy commented Simon Philips, these drummers are creative in another way, with time signatures for example. I dont know if Matt is able to perform such things, but if he does it would be a pleasure to watch for sure.
Best youtube drummer? Probably. But best in the world?? Not a damn chance. Matt is killing it for sure, especially for his age but there are dudes like Benny Greb and Dennis Chambers who have been playing multiple hours a day for decades. Maybe in a decade or two he'll be considered one of the best
