If you watch the Dr. Phil episode you see why she reacted to Matt the way she did. He is like her husband. People bring their outside issues in the house.
I want to add a little bit to bad gameplay being more entertaining. Active bad gameplay is entertaining. Passive bad gameplay is boring as shit. BB25 had loads of bad gameplay, but a lot of those players were passive and just went with the flow. Jag would clock the entire house structure multiple times, plan to upend it, then just immediately fall right back in line for no reason. I mean it’s funny because of how ridiculous it is, but it doesn’t engender any genuine entertainment. BB26 on the other hand has paranoid and confrontational people and has seemingly good players actively trying to build a structure to set up their game. This is a good combination because the good players have to navigate around the cracked, paranoid time bombs waiting to go off. That push and pull in the dynamics creates the tension that makes the season compelling. We could have had bad players who just want to go along to get along like Turner or FBJ, which would be extremely boring. Hopefully, this energy keeps up. It’s good so far.
