As the protagonist in a jail suit doesn't have a face but a collage instead, it feels like he is made of bits and pieces from different pictures, I think it maybe the opinions of the other people, or the labeling which are represented as stickers in the video (I maybe wrong becauseof my weak Japanese). And the voice of this vocaloid gives a melancholic feeling which fits right into the song. The collage in the video makes all even better, it's really great!
I didn't even notice the shirt looks like jail suit stripes! And you're totally on the mark. It seems to be about a paparazzi photographer trying to do "good" things to cover up the guilt of letting someone die in order to make a buck. The aesthetic of the song and the video are fantastic.
