Thanks for the clear explanation Chris! I find rate tables a breeze now! It would be awesome to see more videos on difficult questions like these in the future.
+Taras Mogetich Thanks very much. Yes I am looking to balance standard demand content with high demand to appeal to a wider audience. Keep up to date by following me on twitter @allerytutors
This video makes me love these sort of questions now because you've made it so clear and concise !! I didn't understand them before but now I do, thanks once again!!!

Is there a video were you talk about half life? and I will deffo be looking forward to the Arrhenius equation vid! Will you be uploading it any time soon? I'm asking because I have a test on Wednesday and I'm struggling with it. Thank you so much for this!!
Hi. I don't have anything on half life directly so it will now go on my to do list. It may be difficult to get it done by Wednesday as I am working so much lately. If you have something specific just get in touch via facebook or twitter - search @allerytutors and send a private message. Would be good to help you understand better.
Thank you, I'll be looking forward to that video! I don't have FB but I have twitter, I can't Direct Message you on it unless you either follow me or you change your twitter settings to receive a DM from anyone
AWESOME! question @6:28 , when he says find the DIFFERENCE between interim and intitial, is that intended to be the QUOTIENT? also is it always the larger quotient to smaller? or interim quotient to initial? THANK YOU!
This may be a silly question but what if the numbers in the table haven’t quite doubled but are close enough? Would you still round it and say “yeah that’s doubled” ?
Broski it’s 2023 and this video is the most helpful. You’re making a difference through the years. Thank you so much

Brilliantly explained. I shall use your "interim rate" technique and dividing the two numbers from now. That makes it much easier.
Brilliant. Yes, this is the toughest type you will get so I'm pleased you have understood it.
god bless your soul and bald head
Ha! Thanks!
Junaid Ayoub I agree

when u found for c y didnt u use interm rate?
Thanks! You are an amazing teacher!
Thank you so so much, now I've finally got this!
Hi there, wouldn't C be First order as you have divided by 2.3 on both sides so wouldn't it be first order?
AWESOME! question @6:28 , when he says find the DIFFERENCE between interim and intitial, is that intended to be the QUOTIENT? also is it always the larger quotient to smaller? or interim quotient to initial? THANK YOU!

Yes. This is on my to do list! This has been added to exam boards recently so will defo be doing it.
thank you :D
How did you work out the interim rate? Thanks
Thank you very much ,it was very usefull
cheers chris
This may be a silly question but what if the numbers in the table haven’t quite doubled but are close enough? Would you still round it and say “yeah that’s doubled” ?
Thank you so much!
what if the order of B was 2 instead? would we multiply the factor by 2 for interim rate?
I came here from 2024. Thank you sir !!!!
Welcome to the channel (a well established one now 😀)
How the f*** did he get 6.3x10^-3 as his interim rate at 5:55 ????
Could someone explain how a reactant can be zero order? Like surely at some point the concentration has to have some effect?
Thank you so much sir !
what if the rate is the same for both a and b....what would the interim rate be then?
The best
Amazing!
what happens if say (A) is divided by 2 but the rate is times 2 then would this cancel to 0 order?
thanks a million.
thank you ever so much
thank u so much
Thanksss!
god why don't I get this? :( The east example was too easy for my book, and this one is a bit harder than my book. I'm so lost ugh
