Best gift from the Parents is music my dad gave me the 40s and 70s music, my mom Beatles and classical music, born and raise on the 80s what else can I ask to life?
I'll be 51 years old on 5th June 2023( 2 days to go) and I've never heard of this great sounding band from the eighties before. THINK I must have been a teenage Def Leppard fan when Black'N Blue were at their most popular. Probably was a living in Northern Ireland thing.🎸🥁🤘
@@jakobwiberg9536 I'm sorry you disagree but I have always wondered when people say they did something "back in the day" if people ever did things at night too 😆

I know you made this post 3 years ago. Just wanna say I saw them on that tour too. It was 1987 in San Diego for me. They melted the frigging walls. Great band, great show !!
I was there in the audience for that video. I remember it like yesterday. We ditched school to go to the shoot lol 😂 It was Downtown Los Angeles in the middle of the day. Who would have thought that the guitar player would later join KISS 💋 😘 Great memories and I can clearly see myself in front at 2:46 🤘😝
I discovered this song back in 2018, when I was 12 years old. I'm 18 now and I still love it. I think this underrated gem should've been a hit, but I like it this way; it's my little secret ❤
So last night at a local Casino (Ilani) Tommy Thayer was there promoting his Wine. First time I ever met him, so got to talk to him briefly. I mentioned (like my earlier post) that I went to high school with Jim Pond (AKA Jamie St. James). He even brought up the High School band Jet that Jamie was the drummer of. Really nice guy to talk to. I could have conversed with him for hours but didn't want to be a pest.
I remember seeing these guys at the Holiday Star Theatre in Merrillville, Indiana on Thanksgiving night about a hundred fucking years ago. Yngwie opened for them! These guys shoulda been huge. One of my all time favorites.
Need a 1980s hard rock time machine!!! Miss the 1980s- early 1990s best times of my life!!! Such nostalgia!!! Like "Hot Boy" glam hard rock band!!! Both bands are great!!!

The best thing about the 1980's was, that I was in my 20's during that decade and I got to experience all of these kick-ass rock bands live in rock bars and at large concert arenas back then. Wouldn't trade those days in for the world. 😎👍
So awesome! I remember this video shoot!! Like Phyllis Hall said..... I so miss HAIR BANDS!!! So me=any memories and they were nothing I could ever forget!!

John Strika It's not his fault, Gene and Paul makes him and Eric wear the ace and Peter makeup. Also Paul is the one who designed their characters so Ace doesn't own it..
Strange to see Tommy with blond hair 😂 didn't know the band until I saw a posting on facebook in a Kiss Fan Group a few minutes ago. Cool music. Have to listen to more of their catalog.
It's neat to find this video. I went to Cleveland High School with the lead singer, he was the drummer for our rock band JET. His original name is Jim Pond before changing it to Jamie St. James. They were a hell of a good rock band but lost track of Jim after he graduated. I later saw that he formed and new band Black 'N Blue and became the lead singer instead of drummer but unfortunately never saw them before they moved to LA. Fun to watch and remember the days gone past.
In my opinion black n blue’s best album is their 1988’s In Heat. It’s a fantastic album and such a shame they split up at that time. Geffen records didn’t do much at all for the band as far as I’m concerned and then once Guns N’ Roses was being supported by geffen in 87-88 most of their time and money went towards GnR and I completely understand but just wish black n blue would’ve got more love👍🏼
Jack Russell's Great White brought me here. Jamie St. James sang "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" in the absence of Jack Russell in Montclair, CA (01-25-2020). We were told Jack had the flu. I hope he's feeling better.

In the shadows, we all let go
Walk away before it breaks our hearts
Dreams can fall through, trouble finds you
Who will hold us in our darkest hour
Heartache callin', we can't hold it in now
Find a way we'll make it through the night
I'll be there for you
When you need someone
If you get lost down a dark, lonely road
I'll play on your side
You can count on me, just say the word and I'll
Be there for you
Be there for you
On the ouland, see the empty faces
Turn their eyes away, don't hear your voice
Find a true friend, you're a rich man
Live a little and have too much choice
Friends and lovers, shouldn't be like strangers
We've come to far to ever turn away
I'll be there for you
When you need someone
If you get lost down a dark, lonely road
I'll play on your side
You can count on me, just say the word and I'll
Be there for you
Be there for you
And it hurts to be lonely
It's the coldest game in town
Won't be afraid if we only
Oh, just let it out
(Solo)
I'll play on your side
You can count on me
Just say the word and I'll
Be there for you
Be there for you
I'll be there for you
Na na na na na
Na na na na na na
