- Avistar Elite "Electric Conversion" flown by Smith Milk at Pulda. Converted to electric with a RimFire electric motor, 4s 3500 lipo, and Castle ESC.
Watch as Eric (Smith Milk on Facebook), does loops, rolls and more!
Thanks for sharing this video, i enjoyed watching it. The postman has just delivered this plane to my door a few days ago. It looks like a nice flyer.
thanks, its a very predictable but capable plane.
Bill; You always do a great job.
Thanks buddy!
4 min flight 4 real on a 3500
I will start assembling my new Avistar next week. Im going to add the flap servos also. Do the flaps help slow it down for landings?
yes, can fly very slow with flaps
Hi Bill, Wich motor and propeller did you use from RIMFIRE line, to fly your Avistar?? .46? .55? Propeller 13x10?
Rimfire 46, and 10X6 wooden prop
@@billann8834 thank you very much Bill!! 😊
Hey Bill, mine performs at literally about 50% of what you've done here. Like a flying brick! Turnigy G46 420 KV, Hornet 60A ESC, HRB 5s 4000 mAh 60C, APC 12x8E. Any ideas???
Maybe you need a better motor?
@@billann8834 I'm serious. Did Eric build this? I left him an IM on FB and no response. I need help. Can you hook me up with someone who knows how to get this kind of performance out of my electric Avistar? Thanks.
what is the flight time?
4 min
