so basically when trp is low the ribosome is waiting for more trp to come... the wait causes 2 and 3 to form a weak loop and this prevents the strong hair pin between sequence 3 and 4 so no termination occurs.
i just want to tell you that you explain these topics A LOT better than my professors. You make it very easy to follow and understand so thank you very much!
Your videos about these concepts are the best!!! Short, concise, to the point and easy to understand. Thank you so much for these videos. I hope you'll continue these for every topic if possible. Thank you again.😊😊
So after the Formation of enough Trp, the transcription termination loop halts the Polymerase. But what about the repressor? Is the repressor just active at higher concentrations or does it work simultaneously? By the way, briliant video!
What happen to poly U region when sequence 4 remains free? How can we say that it will continue the process of transcription while U region is exposed??
The clearest video about trp regulation. Thank you sir
Really....... Clean, clear-cut, informative,Thank you sir

Seriously you solve my every confusions about the topics....
Thanks 👍👍👍
This is the best video I've seen on Trp operon.
The trp used by the ribosomes ... that's why they were slowing down when the trp is low .. that's make so much sense thanks professor!!!
Best video i found about this topic!
This is very easy to understand!! Thank youuuu
Beautifully explained
Thank you, it feels great to understand it clearly and quickly. 🤩☺☺
Explicitly explained. Thanks
Thanks bro....please do a video on histidine operon❤
Very nice explanation thankyou so much
Thank you so much. It's help me a lot.😃😁🤩
Please Add video on epigenetics
Legend!

Unlike lac operon.... repression by Trp is not always complete so trp Operon is regulated mainly by a process known as attenuation.
Fantastic Video..
Thank you for making it so easy to understand ☺️
