Omg my jaw dropped when I saw this in my feed. Congratulations! I started watching you and your family’s journey when I was pregnant with my first (she’s 17 months now) and have learned so much from your journey and have applied so many of your tips and tricks to my own journey and they have proven invaluable. I recently found out I was pregnant with my second (unplanned but we did plan to expand our family once I finished taking the bar this summer) and I was flooded with so so many emotions. For some reason finding out that you are also pregnant with your second has provided me with so much comfort and feels like some unexplained source of faith and security as I embark on this second journey. I cannot wait to continue watching your journey as a mommy of two and taking your tips and lessons back to our family. Such a huge supporter and fan of yours. My son is 17 months too and I actually started watching her videos too when I planned on doing a non medicated birth. Her videos are great! Now I am 4 months pregnant with twin girls🙂

I loved following your pregnancy with sage. I’m currently 8 months pregnant with my first baby. Due in July. I go back and watch your videos for information about pregnancy. I had the same cramps with both this pregnancy and my miscarriage. So I knew I was pregnant this time. I can’t wait to see the journey of you becoming parents of 2 and I loved hearing your thought process.

My daughter and Sage are a few days apart (watched her birthday vlogs that’s how I know 😂) so I can simphatize with EVERY word and emotion you mentioned, it felt like someone is taking words out of my mouth, my husband and I are also currently trying for baby #2 and I also very recently realized that I am just now ready to conceive another child! Congratulations!!!!!! Very happy for your family! Also currently pregnant 14 weeks right with our third and a little nervous but happy with this transition. Sage is gonna a great big sister. Seeing the siblings interact and all the love they have for each other fills my heart every day and I’m sure yours will as well.
It’s so nice to hear someone talk about needing to get into a good place before having another baby. I’m 8 months postpartum and I want another baby but I’m still nursing and tired AF. There are definitely some internal struggles I need to deal with before baby number 3 (I had baby #1 at 19 years old) But I’m almost 40 and want to be done soon! ❤
This is so lovely!! I found you when I was newly post partum and realised your Sage is 2 months older than my daughter. And now again we have recently found out we're expecting baby number 2 around that same time. It's crazy and amazing to see someone else go through what you're going through. Such lovely news Nikole - congratulations to you all! I found the whole newborn experience far less daunting second time round - you will listen to your instincts more rather than the advice of others (which can be useful first time round but also conflicting!).

Congratulations! I had a similar experience through Covid. Rough times! Totally understand that feeling. I’m pregnant w my second now. Due on a Sunday! This pregnancy has been so healing, much less stress & anxiety. So wonderful. I hope you find the same w your pregnancy 🙏🏼

Congratulations. I am pregnant with my second baby as well. It is such a bittersweet feeling knowing my baby isn’t going to be my only baby.
I had my first during the pandemic and really struggled mentally and physically throughout the pregnancy and first year postpartum. I just had my 2nd and it has been SO MUCH EASIER this time around. We’ve been able to have more support, breastfeeding has been easier, and in general I just feel so much less anxiety cause I’ve done it all before. I hope you have a similar experience.

Your content has been so helpful to me on my journey as a mom. I feel so connected to all of this! It's like my exact scenario. I got pregnant and birthed my first all within 2020 and it took me until now to mentally recover from that. I found out I'm pregnant with our second now due in November and felt such a calm excitement of like, oh yay here we go! Where as my first I literally shook for like an hour 😂 I'm also going to be 35 and my kids will be 3 years apart, like are we the same person??! This video brought me so much joy being able to relate on such a level!

I just want to say that I resonate with your feelings of your 2020 pregnancy. I don't know if traumatic is the right word, but I gave birth to my first in March 2020 and all of my dreams of motherhood were completely squashed. It actually took me until my second pregnancy to kind of forgive myself/the world that I didn't get to have the experience that I had expected with my first. SO happy for you, SO happy that the world is in a lot more normal place to experience such an incredible journey! Congratulations!!

Watching this video made me cry so much because i can totally relate to everything you said earlier. My son is 15 months now and we feel ready for baby number 2. I feel at peace compared to the first time around because i put so much pressure on myself to be pregnant. I just came here to say I fully understand how you feel! Had my first baby in 2021, so was pregnant all throughout the pandemic - here where I live, non essential shops (all other than grocery) only opened up a week before my baby was born, so being first time pregnant during the pandemic, attending all appointments on my own, all stores being shut and having to figure out what a baby might need and get it all online was difficult. I live in Ireland, so online shopping wasn't as popular here at the time, and was hit even worse with Brexit, so it was difficult. On top of this, my husband battling cancer while I'm pregnant, ugh it was a difficult time so I totally feel you when you say it takes time for everything to get back in its place mentally. I'm pregnant with number 2 now, and while this time around, we have no pandemic and no serious illness on top of the pregnancy, it just hits different, as its not the first time, we are familiar with how this works, what to expect etc. Absolutely delighted to be pregnant, don't get me wrong, but its just not the same, I wish my first pregnancy was in a more favourable time. Sending lots of hugs, and big congratulations to both of you!!

I got pregnant with my second when my oldest was 2 years and 2 months old and it just made for the perfect age gap, they are a little less than 3 years apart and today they are 6 and 9. They get on super well, are very close and it honestly was quite easy to go from 1 to 2 kids because of the age gap. Congratulations!
My kids have that age gap too and it is great!
Totally agree and same experience here! Mine are just over 3 years apart and it was a very easy transition and even now (6 and 3) they get along really well. I’m pregnant with my third and will also have just over a 3 year age gap-praying it’s also an easy transition but not holding my breath since we’ll be outnumbered.

My son is 33 months and ive been watching your channel since sage was born. I can so relate to your ttc and 2020 pregnancy!
We have also been wanting another baby for awhile now...unfortunatley we can only get pregnant through IVF which makes every negative pregnancy test I have each month me so heartbroken!
(We struggle with male factor infertily)
My son was also born in covid times and i so know what you mean how scary and stressful it was.
I also felt so alone in my pregnancy and almost as if all the joy was taken because we tried 5 years to get pregnant only to have it ruined because of covid. Of course i am forever grateful that i have my son now and we made it through.❤

The reason for it is because there is a HUGE developmentally difference between a 1 year old or 2 year old who just turned 1 or 2 and a child who has been 1 or 2 since 6 months, 8 months, ect.
