    Holy crap man! This is a great looking knife! Like the sharpness test also. Books have always been to square! Really great stuff

    I Like the Creating a tool out of a tool aspect.
    IF the SHTF/ economic collapse etc hits. No one can Order
    Steel bars or blanks online etc. You have to use what you have , what you bartered for Or what you found.

    If you ever make another one like that use a Twisted Iced Tea to beat on that thang. I’ve never beat on one of those. I got tired just watching. Great job brother.

    Working on a similar project right now. It's a 5lb 13/8 wrench I'm turning into a tomahawk. Heavy, and hard to hang on to.

    Nice work...in the beginning, if you start straightening on the horn to loosen the angle, you won't drop it as often ( In my experience anyway)

    another killer creation ! have you considered wrapping the handle in paracord ? it looks like the grooves would accept it very well

    Nice usable knife. What grit do you take it to when sharpening?

      Sure is and it's a nice heavy beast aswell. Depends on what finish I'm going for with the blade to be honest but on average I will sharpen with 320 or 400 then buff away the burr 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    Nice man! I just started one last night, what is your heat treat temp and soak time? What temp for oven as well if you don't mind. Again beautiful work, best style I've seen!

    You were really fighting with that steel especially considering you're a full tank of muscle. What steel is it exactly like 5160?

      More of a tool steel mate but yeh took some time to get it moving

    As ALWAYS man, good job. Did you" normalize" this 3 times, like the " Forging A knife from a rusty wrench" video, off camera???? If not, why not this one and the crescent wrench you did??

      Yeh man I always normalise the steel before quench but don't always film it. On this occasion the footage wouldn't work so couldn't use it. Thanks man 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
