You forgot about another aut ws ability: memory disk, can be obtained only from stealing discs from players. When inserting memort disc into a player, they will be stunned for some time. Also to change from stand disc to memory disc and back, press B button.
In AUT, when you take a disk, you can change the disks to B (when the stand is on), and when you use the memory disk on another person, he sees everything through his eyes

Btw in aut if u use stand memory disk, person u instert disk onto will get long stun and have pov of person who disk got stealed from (sadly to get this effect u need counting urself 3 persons)
