One word : Marvellous. I noticed how the man was sitting & chatting casually while he made a very high detailed diagram in a minute. Also, his lines were remarkably straight.
That's his job 🤣
Your words reminded me of my cousin who was studying architecture a long time ago. While staying with us for a holiday, his homework used to be drawing lines. Without a ruler he has to draw straight lines. It’s easy to say, but very hard to draw line after line without curving.
Guulshan Roy! For long I have been researching about this architect. Happy to see his work today at last.

Please bring some examples of small area houses like 1000 sqft, 1200 sqft , 2000 sqft because these are commonly found land areas so that people can see what could be done to a small piece with architecture touch.

Small plot owners are unlikely to hire architects. The design would cost them more than the land itself. They'd rather buy another piece of land than spend it on architects

₹10,000 per square feet (just as building cost) seems very economical.... I suggest you guys to build even more expensive houses. (Unfortunately, your clients don’t seem to understand the value of 💰💰💰)

It’s not 10,000 rupees per square feet. The built land comprised of basement to 3rd floor of being altogether 10,000 square feet.

One flaw in the house, wooden flooring for bedrooms to give warmth? It's Mangalore, and the humidity will always be higher, and wooden flooring makes it more uncomfortable, but it won't matter with such a great air conditioning.
