- I can't believe that I got the guts to color my hair! and it worked!
I am sooo happy! I used Clairol Textures and Tones in 5G Light Golden Brown.

I just dyed mines with that brand. I had to leave it on longer for it to soak in my locs. I left it on for two hours. I love the color. My locs feels great.

I dyed my tips with the same brand in honey blonde last week. Turned out great but did notice some drying though. Nothing a good deep condition wont fix.

Did you have any issues with buildup after rinsing it out? I rinsed for quite a long time, added the included conditioner, rinsed again, came out and saw hella buildup. ended up going back in shower, washing using shampoo and rinsed for about 30 minutes. And still there, though less of it. I’m not sure if it was the conditioner or the dye itself
Did u bleach your hair before adding dye ? I bleach my hair before and I still have a little color in my hair. But I dont want to bleach it again. will this work for me?

How can you tell if your hair is healthy enough for color after an acv soak? I assume if it isn't super dry. I am planning to do an acv soak with baking soda, sea salt & lemon juice for like 20 minutes..and then dye it tomorrow possibly. Never dyed my hair b4..actually trying to pass a hair follicle drug test for this job..don't want to damage my hair..so I seen you said you are not supposed to wash your hair the same day you dye it..so do you know, could you retwist after you dye it or should you retwist before?

@@BigSpiritEnergy I seen right after asking you about retwisting after you color your hair is fine right on google..thanx for replying..I did my acv soak & my hair seems ok..i've been loc'd for 1yr and 1month so..I guess I gotta see the feel of my hair when it's dry to know if I should risk coloring it. & Thanks ! I hope I get this damn job..I really need it.

They're called loc sprinkles. There are a few videos here on UA-cam that tell how to do them. I had to know what they were too lol
