Thinking about getting one. However my needs are for a live band so it will be a quite a bit of gear so I need a quick setup time for the lights. These days club lights are few and far between and crappy at best. Not like the 90's. One thing that I have to ask is how are the cranks on the stands holding up? I've seen other brands that don't last very long.
Also a reason I was thinking about this truss is I can hang a backdrop on the back bottom rail with the band logo. Also a little tip, when your bag finally bites the dust look into a drum hardware case. You may even find one that holds the entire truss system!
No one mentions in any of these videos how tall it is. Or if it can be adjusted to certain heights in increments or what. That would be useful info specially when performing at certain venues where the ceiling is low.
It can be adjusted to certain heights and the max height is 10 feet. But I just purchased new stands for this and they extend to 14 feet. I will upload the review in a few days. Thanks for watching.
What heights would you say are available? Or how far apart are the holes on the pole for different heights? Also is the pole that the tbar attaches to 1 3/8" ?
Yes i do, i love it still. I've gotten many of uses for my lights and video wall. I'm going to upgrade to bigger and better stands soon so i can add more weight. Thanks for watching.
It's not 5ft sections there more like 4.6 ft sections all together its like 14.5 wen all put together and it is not strong it need pipe inserts to add In to the sections together its not worth the money also it don't hold the rated weight I had this and it bent in a few places and I didn't have that much on it so don't waste your time
Thanks for getting back to me on this!!! Peace!
Thank you for the review!
